i received the call at 7:30 pm. i went ahead and answered the call and said that the person they are looking for is not home yet. they asked what is the best time to call back and i told them to call in the morning. this stupid guy said "is 4 in the morning ok to call back?". annoying!

Do not call these people back, they will charge your phone number a lot of money! It is a scam to get you to punch in your number and they add phone fees, only call back if the number is a toll free number, yhey are scammers, beware!!!

I have been receiving calls from this phone number. I have never answered. Mainly for the reason that it is an out of town phone number, which of course I have no idea who it is. These calls are so annoying! every single day for a few weeks now, I have been receiving calls from this same number. I have never answered, of course, but yet still continue to call! Is there any other way to make them stop calling, other than following the prompt on their recording (that I've read from one of you guys) to input my phone number if I wish to remove my phone number from their list. I'm not even going to try this. I seriously doubt they will stop calling. Another thing, I have no idea where they got my phone number from in the first place. It's just annoying. Maybe if I call my phone company and some how see if they can have that number blocked? The other thing I can think of is, just in my cell have it added to my "blocked" list.

This number calls every single day!! Different times a day!! SO ANNOYING!!!

We are getting slammed by this number.  They hang up every time we answer the phone.  Texas does not allow call block anymore so there is nothing that we can do!  We just wont be able to answer the phone, might as well get rid of it!

this number will call atleast once a day. sometimes 3 or 4 times a night as late as 11pm.

This company repeatedly calls and asks for my husband. I've asked them to take our number off their list and they say that they won't take us off - he has to tell them. They even call as late as 10pm. We are on the Do Not Call list. I'm not sure why after reading all the complaints listed here that something has not been done to stop this.

They (?) call constantly.. 2-4 times per day. I just called back and tried to have my number removed. will see if this works.

These idiots have been calling a few times a week for over 6 months. When I do pick up they hang up. WTF?! Something needs to be done about this f-ing company.

Called I didn't answer - left no message - I went here 1st - as always.
I called back - recording said they will take your # off & are in no way trying to bother you. hahahaha They said they give info to media outlets.
And don't have to comply with the Do Not Call List.
After the recording enter your #, there is no beep or prompt.
I'll let you know if they call back. ;0)

I've also been getting calls from this number almost daily for a year!  I answered the first few times years ago and they do different surveys, I did one for different songs, it was so annoying!  I've never answered since, they always call in the evening and never stop calling!  How do I block this number???

Okay people listen up buy a whistle and let them have a good blast they will get the hint. It works everytime

They have been calling at least three to four times a week at any time. This happened because we my wife and I went to a hockey game and filled out a card to win a game tickets. Becasue of that we supposedly gave the right to have them contact us. Keep this in mind next time you enter a contest. With that said

Under the FTC and FCC they are excempt from the DNC(Do not Call) because they do not sell. Same as charities and political requests. Even so, they do have to follow rules if you tell them to remove them your number and make sure you inlcude cell and hard line. Then they have 30 days to comply.

Take a record jounral and refernce the FTC and FCC laws and keep in mind that for each incident you can file a harrasment law suit in civial court. Let them know this the call should stop. I had and argumetn and then gave them my lawyers number. They stopped. I have tried to get an address so I can send a bill for each and every time a certified letter to stop rather then just verbal. I will record my next verbal with them, let them know you are recording the conversation for your lawyer.

They have been calling our number for months. We tell them to stop calling and they say they will stop but guess what?? I asked to speak to a supervisor (Jeremy) and told  to cease and desist. I asked for an address so that I could write and tell them to stop calling. Jeremy could not give me an address but did give me the number 513 531 3690. I called the number and it it a recording. The recording claims that since they are not selling anything they are "specifically" exempt from honoring the do not call list. This is so wrong!!! The recording suggested using the touch tone phone to leave my number and they will make sure our number does not get called. We shall see. Just in case I am going to call frequently and leave my number. If we get called again I will call more often. I hope it costs them time and money.
