OKAY I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FORM THEM, I went on and did the survey and they played a bunch of clips, Ive gotten calls from them before  or atleast i believe they are the same people and they have never called me like crazy i would say this year i have gotten 3 calls. Okay this is the weird thing i tried calling the number back straight from my caller id and this girl picked up saying she did not call me and her name was katie! WTf! theres no way i made a mistake dialing i dialed straight from my caller Id...

they called me and asked if would participate in a radio survey...i told them i don't listen to the radio because it sucks...all houston radio stations play the same songs over and over again.....with annoying car commercials peppered in....or vice versa....the guy i was speaking with thanked me for my time, then i made a fart noise and hung up...

Havent picked up, but called twice, no message

I get calls from this # constantly - sometimes several times a day - workdays, evenings, weekends - and often only a few hours apart. I never answer. This started when I registered to win concert tickets from Radio 104.5 out of Philadelphia.  If I had known they would be passing my # along to 3rd parties I would have never signed up.

I'm going to report them so they can't call anyone anymore

They called 12:47 on Sunday 2/08/09 and the Friday night before (2/06) and the Sunday afternoon 2/01/09 before that, etc., etc.

call almost every night at dinner time.
never leave a message.
I will not answer it.

OMG these people won't leave anyone alone...They called me at 8 56pm Chicago time. What company calls at that time? I agree with eveyone else. When you call that number back you don't have to speak to anyone. After a minute or less into the recording you can enter your 10 digit number and hopefully they won't call anymore. Thanks for the tip.

Had a call from this number, I answered and stated that "the number you are dialing is a government line and all calls are being tracked and recorded.  If you choose to continue with the call you are subject to prosecution with a $10,000 fine.  Please hold for continued monitoring of this call."  I haven't received a call since.

When they call my cell I DO NOT ANSWER the call. they can take a long walk off a short pier.

This number called me and I missed the call so I called back and the recording told me that they had no legal obligation to purchase or abide by "do not call lists" then it politely says they do not want to bother me and if I wanted my number removed from their list to type it in then it confirms that you are removed. I will keep you informed and let you know if they call back!

Hey folks this works.

The first time a telemarketer calls be polite and ask them to not call again.  The second time warn them that you will blow a whistle in their ear if they call back, strongly insist they remove you from the list.

If they call back blow a Fox40 whistle into the receiver (or use an airhorn).  Problem solved.  Ignoring it or being polite after the first contact gets you more phone calls.  My method works.

I also wanted to add that they have been calling me every night around 7pm, I figure with a petition I can pass it over to the FTC.gov for a mass complaint. They are calling our cell phones and causing who knows what kind of charges on our phones.

Don't let them get away with it.
