7:10 pm 2nd call as I hung up on the jerk the first time when he said he was a telephone surveyor and do not call does not apply to his calls. 513-531-3690. The first call didn't show on the caller id and woke me since I was napping due to illness. The 2nd call I informed him again I am on the INDIANA DO NOT CALL LIST. He said the DNC list does not apply to surveys. I told him he better read the law because it does on the Indiana No Call List. He hung up.

I requested his name 3 times and he did not reveal it. This is telemarketing, no matter what they call it. I will now go to the Indiana Attorney General's page and report it there. That law has some teeth in it and they will surely get a big fine.

8:20 PM call  - Report them to your local attorney general for specific violations of Fedreal and Local Do Not Call lists if they do not remove you from their call list after verbal notification or entering your number in their private no call list.

The company does surveys for radio stations. Pressure on local radio stations might help these people understand.

I've been receiving these calls daily for weeks now, as I read through everyone's comments I find it hard to believe they are stil calling people??????? Who's in charge of finding these a--h---s and disconnecting the phone....

I get a call from this number almost every day.

They called me and left a message. It was a wierd voice that said: "Do you use your cornhole" followed by an evil laugh. Sounds like a girl's voice is pitch-shifted (to digitaly alter note frequency) up a few notes. I recorded the message into ProTools to see if I could lower the pitch and recognize the voice. It could be a guy though talking in a higher range and then pitch shifting it up a few notes. Sounds like something that could be done by someone with a recording or dj mixing program or at a studio or home studio. Oh Well.

this is pathetic, they call me at least once a day usually after 830ish, it's [***] and I feel like they are harrassing all of us by keeping on calling us! Seriously people, if I didn't answer the first 50 times, I'm not going to answer your dang phone call!

Unwanted calls

they called me today, I told them either pay me for my time and reimburse me for the minutes they are using on my cell phone, or settle it through court... they hung up and haven't called back yet.

These people are driving me nuts with the calls and they don't stop even though I asked to be removed from their list.

I just filled out for 1088 on the FCC site for complaints about telemarketers.  Please do the same so we can get some federal action to stop this harrassment!  http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html

I was called from 513-531-3690 at 7:50pm last night (5/22/07). I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. After looking on here, I'm worried they are going to keep calling and calling, but so far, they have only called once. I had a similar problem with vonage before, saying I signed up for information and they would call me 5 times a day, early morning and late night. I kept telling them to put me on their do not call list, and finally after a couple weeks they stopped calling. I do not remember the number, but I'm sick of these people doing this! I have a cell phone and I don't want to waste my minutes on this crap

They called but there was no reply from the other side.

They said they were doing a radio survey that would take "a few minutes".  I answered their questions for about 10 minutes and could tell we weren't even close to being done so I hung up.

Kept calling and calling, finally answered. Guy sounded weird so I put this number into Google while he was droning on and on and found this link. Told him what I was doing and he immediately asked nastily if I still wanted to do the survey! Said Nope and introduced him to Tone!

Made the mistake and answered their survey one time, and up until I read this log, I was getting calls from them almost every day. Today alone, a call every hour for the past 3 hours. How much radio do they think I listen to? Its also very annoying when your phone is blowing up at work and you look down to see it's the f'n radio survey people...again. Had enough of that already. Entered my number on their DCL and we'll see what happens

Watch out..they could be a scam if not annoying too. Isn't there a way to stop this harrassment? LISTEN UP GOVERNMENT... give us something to fight back with NOW, or I'll start giving them your numbers too....... KEYWORD WATCHDOG

Called my house repeatedly asking for my wife.  Told them she wasn't home and if I could take a message.  They told me who they were and I asked them not to call anymore and they argued with me saying that my wife had to be the one to tell them not to call.  I told them that my name was on the phone bill so legally I had that right.  Second time calling back that they reached me, I asked for a supervisor and told them that I previously asked them to stop calling.  Supervisor told me that it is policy that my wife tell them to stop calling and I told them that they were harassing me and I would be in contact with my lawer to file harassment charges.  The supervisor said they would clear it up immediately and they would stop calling.  Let's see if that's true.
