They are mini-brained & too dumb to find a better way to make a living. They could make an honest living
cleaning toilets in the many hotels in Cincinnati, or shoveling manure in a pig-farm in nextdoor Iowa, but
they don't want careers in these fields, because working the telephones helps them to maintain their
body-weight and figures, compared to physical work which may reduce their waistlines drastically.

All joking aside, people fail to realize that you can make a comfortable living in just that field.

I didn't answer and no name was attached to the number.

And to all the people that write "please remove me from your call list immediately!" please stop.  Writing that here will never get your number removed.

They called my ol' lady, and was askin' her all kinds of stuff about jewelry, and why she goes to one jeweler, instead of another. Stuff like that. I thought that that was pretty suspicious. (and alarming) She's never gotten any calls like thisr. And, when she started asking the caller questions, he got evasive, and hung-up. When we called the number back, we got a recording.

I got this call several times and did not answer. When I did answer, I was glad I did. These people are from a smokers survey group I joined 8 months ago. They give you 6 packs of smokes to try and give feedback on. Along with that they give you a check for $25 for your trouble. I know this is a legitimate program. A friend of mine does these a lot and I went with him to get the cigarettes and cash the check the last time. It was all good. That is why I joined.

Take their money and go on a quit-smoking program like I did on Dec.26.1999 using Nicorette gum.
Dropping cigarettes entirely, I used the Nicorette to subdue the withdrawal symptoms. It was tough,
made even tougher because we hit the "dot.com bubble" burst followed by a serious recession,
which sent my job-stress soaring. The Nicorette program was supposed to work in a month & a half
but it took me a year & a half to declare total freedom from smoking. However, smoking for about
40 years had already damaged & hardened my arteries, & consequently I suffered two brain strokes,
one in mid-May 2007 & one in early April 2008. Forget about trying various brands of cigarettes with
a stipend of $25. It's not worth it. What's worth it is to quit smoking with a planned program, whatever
suits you, & put yourself in a mental condition of " severe self-discipline " with pride in your practice
of " severe self-discipline " & thereby prevent strokes, heart attacks & cancer.
Then all you'll need to worry about is getting run over by a truck. God Bless.

Nobody at 800notes.com called you!  Your request needs to be directed to the ones who called you - preferably by certified mail, so you can set them up for a possible lawsuit..  Further, it was very unwise to post your personal phone numbers on a public website.  You've probably just signed yourselves up for more unwanted calls.

    Fed up!
For several days I have been receiving multiple daily calls on my cell phone from this number. An added problem is my cell phone is an emergency number for distraught seniors to report elder abuse!  This interference with my life and work must STOP!
