    This phone number IS a legit service. If you are being called about a fraudulent charge, the only information they ask of you is to verify a charge. They do not tell you to call another number or ask for information.

    HOWEVER, scammers CAN use a fake caller ID number (called spoofing). If you recieve a phone call that asks you for anything more than to verify a charge, it is not this company. Don't fear monger.

    It was access 360 warning about fraudulent use on my card, I verified through bank before calling back, was legit.

    Received a call from this number.  They left a voicemail saying this is Fifth Third card services calling to verify recent activity and gave a different number to call.  Said there is a temporary block on the card until they speak with me and they are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year including holidays.  They way the voice sounded on the message did not sound professional.  Plus I don't even have a card from Fifth Third.  Also received a text message from them at midnight the night before.
