unwanted calls !!!!!!! on the no call list, why do I still get calls?

Told them I was reporting them.  I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST!

We got a call from this number again yesterday, June 20, at 5:18 pm, and it was blocked by our call blocker. The had called earlier this month, June 4, and the call was also blocked. We first got a call from this number last month, May 9, at 3:46 pm. Since then it has been blocked. Each time the caller ID was the same: NEW YORK. We are also on the Do Not Call list but obviously criminals don't care. Getting a call blocker is worth it to avoid the annoyance.  There are several on the market. I recommend the Digitone.

We have to learn not to repeat ourselves not to repeat ourselves.

I got a message from this number today.  I couldn't understand the first part.  The last part said "your number was removed."  I hope so.

These people call me relentlessly (robo call) and often switch phone numbers so I can't block them all.  They give you the choice of opting out by pressing "9" but that is ignored.  They make me crazy!!

Had a call from 516-22-3819 but didn't answer. Caller ID said Hauck Vincent P. Probably another scammer.

Can't the FCC do something about the robo scam calls. Do not call doesn't mean a thing. I'd like that fines be stiff and part given to the people that make the complaints. That would make us want to shut them down. But like other corps. they probably have congressmen in their pockets

I received a call from this number @ 7 a.m.!  Do they not know when they are calling a number in the West that there is a time difference!  ?  Pissed Off!  I wanted to answer to tell them this, but they hung up!

"Your Eligibility for Lowering your interest rate.  This is your final notice." was on my answering machine 6-26-2014.
This is one of about 6 calls from them during the past week.  I asked a person to "Do not call me again.  Take me off your list." (then I hung up)  and they phoned me again within 10 minutes.  
Registered a complaint against them 6-25-2014.

Got a call today, 6/26/2014, did not answer. Came and found all this other stuff about what a mess this is and am glad I didn't. I have a list that is 14 numbers long of blocked numbers and they are ALL from N.Y. or Fla. Will add one more and keep reporting to FCC each one of them. Wish there was a law against this poop. My cell phone is my only phone and I do not want to be annoyed constantly by these Yahoos!

I was expecting a call the other day and when the phone rang I did not look at my ID.. it was from this number. They asked for my Father. Playing along, I informed her that he was not in and I would be glad to take a message. She states that it is important that she speak to him. I told her that where he was it was a long distant call for me. She informed me that she did not mind another long distance call. I told her that it would impossible for her to reach him. She asked if there was a cell phone number. I said no he did not have a cell phone number. she proceeds to ask when he would be returning...By this point I had had enough and said... Ma'am... You just don't get it.. My Father has been dead for 27 years.. If you find a number for him and talk to him can you please tell him I said hello.. To that I hung up on her..
They called back again today but I did not answer.. I don't know what it takes to get the point across..

Annoying calls 
Fact 1)  The DNC list CLEARLY does not work, everyone should knows this by know, it's a government program that doesn't function like all or most programs they generate.
Fact 2) Filing a complaint with the FCC does not work, a total waste of time; done that.
Fact 3) Having an unlisted phone will not help you.
Fact 4) Asking/begging telemarketers to take you off their call list does not work!
Fact 5) No "class action" suits are filed and certainly, this is not a remedy. Many of these telemarketers are in other countries and out of the jurisdiction of the USA.
Fact 6) Complaining to the BBB is a corrupt organization that sells their ratings to the highest bidder.

AMAZON.COM has a great selection of blocking  telephones & devices, some will hold up to 1,200 numbers. They’re cheap - $40-$60 and they work beautifully!  These phones or blocking devices also block “PRIVATE”, “OUT OF AREA” and "UNKNOWN" calls!!!
Some phone companies include a *60 call block feature with their service………
