I heard men yacking in the back ground on the phone with people telling them call Mr. Jacob.

i got a call from this #.
left me a voicemail saying it's a important matter against my social.
the guys name is Jake Valey with an Indian accent saying he is from the legal dept.
i called back & no answer.
but i also found out they change their number so many times.
but it's the same guy.
there calling my work harassing me & won't leave me alone.
my phone even traces their numb
er as a suspected scam!
I'm just so tired of it.
anybody else involved just call the social security admin & tell them to keep an eye out for your social.
i already make a report & they are under investigation.
there could be in a third party world for all we know..
but just be careful their very threatening.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! Got a call from 518-712-9390...A man speaking with an indian accent called and threatened me. He said he was the supervisor of an investigative collection agency.  He said I owed money for a payday loan from 2011 of $210.00 and he wanted it now. If I didn't pay or make arrangements Officer Jacobs would be coming to get me with a warrant and investigaters to put me behind bars. (he said that several times). He said his name was Clayton Peterson he forced me to say I would make 2 payments to keep myself from getting put behind bars. He want payment made by a green back card.    I called to report this event to several agencies. And, when I called this number back several times all the person said was "investigators" and as soon as I spoke he hung up. In the background I could hear people speaking in a foreign language.  The call came up as unavailable.  Please do not let these scammers get to you!!

Be careful using words when you don't know what they mean like "truth".

My father has been harassed by this same guy.. He's called my father's job called the women that works there all kinds of bad names.. Telling them that if my father doesn't pay this "loan" he got from them, that he would have his company to continue to call and harass them until its paid.. I did some researched on this number and came up with in address..

The call is not coming from NY. This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

that guy has called my number back to back 10 times or more today!!! he keeps yelling and i yell back because i was getting these calls at one point and it stopped and i have even reported them to my local police station!! what is with these people??!! they are really really making me mad!!

My job has been getting 100's of phone calls a day by this guy with an Indian accent.. Calling the women real bad names.. If there is anyone that has paid this people, could you contact me, I'll gladly appreciate it..

somehow whoever this is actually took 29.95 out of my checking account yesterday. i had to change my account number and file a fraud report and reported them to the FTC and the police. The bank is putting money back in a few days...next step I will prob change my number!

Filed a police report today for harrassment an hour ago. This [***] called my business over 100 times, taking up all 4 numbers, with his clan of Indian friends after he was told, dozens of times, this person he is seeking does not work in my office.

These people are also associated with the Mass Group.  They sent me an email stating they had approved a loan for me.  The next email stated they had made arrangements to direct deposit the loan.  I emailed the person back, LindsayR, and informed him/her that I did not want a loan.  They deposited the money but I had it reversed back.  Now this Jake Lavery guy calls and tells me I haven't repaid a loan.  When I asked for the date of the loan, he said in 2012.  I asked for a specific date, he could not tell me.  He told me he would call my work, I told him to go ahead since I work for myself.  Then I informed him that I would turn the number he used into the FTC, FCC, as well as the Attorney General's office of my state.  I have never heard of Cash Advance but did research and it's several different companies within one entity.

This Jake guy called me saying that I owed $1900 from a loan I had taken out, which I've never gotten approved for one. I told him to give me a lie detector test if he thought I was lying. I told him to leave me alone or I was gonna call the real cops. After I said that he didnt say another word so after a minute I hung up.

Some crazy man named Kevin or Gavin Walker called MY JOB  and said he had a complaint on THE LAST 4 of my social security #. When I called him an [***] and a [***] and told him not to call me anymore, he yelled at me and told me to SHUT UP! Then hung up on me. He called my cell phone that afternoon and left a voicemail with this #. HOW CAN I BLOCK THIS PERSON?

This man calling my job and cursing out my managers.  My manager returned the favor.  I have left a voicemail that I will file suit against them if they continue to contact me.  The Attorney General in Mississippi takes these calls seriously and I am sure all other states do also.  What they are doing is illegal.

Yes..ive been getting harrassing calls from this number. they callled my job so many times..they had to change the number and i work at an hospital..they read some law suit saying they are suing me for borrowing money..and if i dont want to have a felony on my record i need to call them with my bank account number and they will debit it from my account. they also asked me to fax them a copy of my ID. This was a man of Indian Descent. When I asked him to send my an invoice or bill stating what I owe. He said that he was not allowed to send this until after i payed. I also asked for and address. and he would not. I called the FTC.Federal Trade Comm. and Attorney General office in New York being that this area code is New York and this number is being Investigated. He called my supervisor stupid and me as well. They were awful..
This need to be stopped.
