My home phone is published under my parents name who are both deceased. Person who called asked for parents by name and had a foreign accent. When pressed man said it was a courtesy call from Primus and the gentleman was polite and friendly. However after reading this forum with many numbers that have been showing up on phone lately ..it leads me to wonder.....everyone of us that are getting these calls.....do you have satellite dishes through BELL? Bell Canada or Bell US is what we all seem to have in common whether it be phone or satellite service. Just a thought...it really must be them selling our info

Called right in the middle of our dinner wanting us to subscribe to The Vancouver Sun (since we are in GVRD and judging from other posts here this telemarketer deals with selling newspapers from all over Canada)

We get calls from this number too.  What a bunch of loosers.  I have call display so I push the Talk then End button.  Takes care of that!  I do this with any caller I don't know. If they caller doesn't want to show there name I have no time for them.  Anyreputable business won't block there ID.

Was receiving repeated calls from this number.  It is Call Right Marketing Service, www.callrightmarketing.com

Call their office number: (519)894-4566 press 0 to reach the operator and ask to be taken off their list.  They will not call again.

Called for a week straight, trying to sell the Edmonton Journal.  I don't care if its free,  I don't want the paper.

It was someone selling subscriptions to the London Free Press. I asked them in January to remove me from their call list - they agreed and the calls stopped til this week. Now it's back to 3 or more calls daily!

Call two or times a day.  Show from Ontario.  Guess next time I'll answer and tell them to remove my name and save long distance charges calling them

called, rang and rang, machine picked up, they didnt leave a message.  tried calling back, no answer. Called back, mail box for marketing services is full

These are really nasty low life SOB's.
They make silent phone calls apparently,
for no other purpose than logging what
kind of response or answer for "live calls".
No idea of how or why they are calling except
the repeated silent phone calls are very annoying

Wow, I've been trying to get a hold of "Call Right" for a while; when I phone the number back on the phone, the mailbox is always full.  They've phoned 27 times in the last week.  If anyone know's where they're located, let me know; I'd like to pay a visit in person (no bullsh!t).

Don't assume that 519-894-0084 is making the calls.
That number can be programmed into the phoning machine, much like having your return email address set to bush@whitehouse.gov
I suspect fraudulent marketers are using that number to show in caller ID just to deflect from showing their real location. 519-894-0084 seems like a zombie. Every network call can be traced don't let your phone company tell you otherwise. Your phone company makes money from the many people who receive those dead calls, people call the number, block the number, phone company makes money providing you that service. More regulation is needed people.

I get these calls 3 or 4 times  a week for a month then they stop for a few months. When i answered it because i was curious who was that persistent, turned out to be trying to sell me  a subscription to the London Free Press.

I got a woman named Doreen

I told Doreen that I work nites, and the calls were disturbing me. I asked her to take me off the calling list.
She sounded un-interested, until I informed her that I had recorded our conversation, and If I got any more calls from this number, I was suing for harrassment, as I had the request to stop calling on tape...

Doreen was very careful to write down my number, and assured me no one would call me again - Hope this helps! Try it!

Galen - the number IS making the calls. THey do have an auto-dialer, but the company is legit, and they are calling trying to sell subscriptions.

tThese guys keep calling me as well when I call the direct line and hit option 4 it always says this line is busy, I have 2 registered addresses for these guys and theyre going to be pissed when they deal with me in person. This forum really helped with info thanks I just googled the number thats been calling me and found this forum

Awesome advice from "Drift" posted Nov.13/07-- call the number he lists and pick a person from the directory and ask them to remove you from the list-- the person I spoke to forwarded me to Doreen and she said she removed my #.

Call 519-894-4566 dial ext 4 for the on duty supervisor.  
Politly ask to remove your number.  Done in 30 seconds.

Getting calls a couple times a day everyday for the last month.  Have yet to speak to a live person when I answer just a lot of dead air.  I even wait for a minute or two in hopes of speaking to someone.

This guy called me, personal voice box message was full... good thing for him cuz I was going to leave a pretty nasty message.  If I find the person who set this up I will punch them in the face, I don't care about the charges.
