Caller ID read Corvallis, OR. Did not pick up. No message left.

called this morning - caller I.D. shows as ALARM CA - left no message - never EVER give out any personal information on any unsolicited calls - be safe and be your own best defense

Hung up on the answering machine.

Just go a call from this number caller Id said Alarm CA. They hung up when it went to voice mail. Not the first time I have received calls from this  number.

After listening to the robot (they call it an avatar) I spoke to a human. This is Life Alert Home Security. The human I spoke to said they is an avatar because people surveyed prefer it to someone with an accent. I told him that was pathetic. He then went on his script. I told him the only reason I waited for a human was to be put on the do not call list. He asked if I was interested in protecting my home. I told him I was interested in protecting my phone from telemarketers. He laughed and said " good luck with that" and hung up.

FINALLY! A voice of reason! I have hundreds of numbers blocked and I've been saying all the same things you are on many other numbers on many other boards. But, I keep seeing the same old crap about the DNC list blah blah blah. Nobody learns and as long as they don't learn the scum bags are empowered to keep all this up.

Got a call from this number. After a long silence, I heard someone say hello,and I asked who it was. Response was "Chris Hill from Home Security Systems." Informed him that his call was a violation of Do Not Call Registry and he told me that it wasn't because it was "hand dialed." Told him that doesn't matter and that I would report him. He hung up.

Got the same message but didn't pick up the phone.

They've called my house three times now; thankfully when I'm not home.  Caller ID read "Alarm CA".  Yet another one to report and block.

Another freaken alarm company SCAM. This is the 4th call this week alone and they are all different numbers and scripts.
Caller ID said this one came from Corvallis, OR.

You will NEVER get off these call lists...the DNC is a joke.
Get a good call blocker or change your number if you have had the same number for years, as we have.

Left no message.

Has called 3 times in the last 2 days. No one responds when sating hello once so must be a robo-call.  I have blocked the number from calling again.

Indian sounding guy told me he was from Microsoft and there was a virus on my computer and he needed info about my computer, I told him Microsoft does not call people and he told me off and hung up.  I guess the IRS and the grandparents scams are no longer working.

541-257-1573 this durn number calls and calls and calls. It never ends!

I don't pick up for numbers I don't recognize. Caller didn't leave a message. They've called before.

Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer.  Thanks for all the info, I'm blocking them.

I do not pick up the phone when it is a number I do not know. It has taken about 6 months of not answering the phone now we are only getting 1 to 2 calls a  month . If you do not know the # DO not pick it up. They will go away !!!!!

Where the hell is Corvallis anyway? Oh, they must have moved there from California; any way we all know that they are just another law breaking scumbag company taking up room on my call blocker.
