This number has been calling my number quite a few times.  I don't answer the call.

I agree.  They are phony scam people and that is the way to handle it.

The calls are probably from India and spoofed.

These calls are probably scammers from India.  They spoof the numbers.  It was on the news.

Probably hackers like Click4Support from India.   Fraud and not just supporting their scam but supporting terrorism.  Indian Muslim terrorist group looking to steal American peoples' money and identity.   What is the United States Government going to do about it.

541-257-1573 has called daily for the past week; I never answer.  We are now going to block and report these scammers.  We received a call a short time ago from another unknown person/company and I answered it because of the familiar area code - I answered it so as to sound like I spoke another language.  I heard some laughs in the background and they hung up.

This alleged number called here earlier today. Thankfully the call dropped after the first ring.

I got 2 calls this morning from this number.  I didn't make it to the first one and they didn't leave a message.  The second one and hr and a half later I didn't bother ans.  No messeage on that one either.
It said  "L7-Serv. call"  I hope I don't have to listen to this all day every couple of hrs.

This co. Alarm Co. that is what appears on my caller ID. They call me every day, twice or more times, even weekends! I am on the do not call registry! I don't answer callers I don't . They keep calling anyway, every day!

Another scumbag that calls from a likely spoofed number that leaves no message.  Caller ID says "L7 srvc call" instead of their real name.  Enough reason right there not to trust them.

Call blocker got him. L7 SrVC Call. One ring and he's history.

Good advice to buy a CID blocker.  Even though we're on the do not call list, I get multiple calls a day without anyone leaving a message.  I cleared out my caller ID log a couple of days ago, and there are now 50 IDs in the log.  Less than 6 were from friends and family.

800 Notes is the best.  Love finding who is trying to scam.  So many of them!

Forget the complaints to anyone.  It will not help.  The companies that sell thousands of blocks of numbers to scammers/telemarketers also slip (wink –wink; nudge-nudge) money to your elected officials to keep this industry going and will never do anything to control or stop it.

Buy a call blocker (go online and search) or just ignore calls unless it’s someone you know or they leave a legitimate message.

Do not use a loud whistle or air horn to discourage them.  All this will do is p*iss them off and they could retaliate by spoofing your number as their caller ID.  You won’t appreciate the recipients of their scams calling back to [***] at you.

This is our new world and we have to live in it and adjust accordingly.  If you have seniors in your family, help them deal with this.  Never call back one of these numbers.  If it’s offshore (e.g. Jamaica) you may get hit with serious charges on your bill.

Forget the do not call list.  It only applies to legitimate businesses.

I reject calls I don't recognize, like this one that I just got from this number. It's good to double check here and confirm my reject decision was warranted.
