These people are annoying and a total Scam.  Woman has different names when calling and it's the same voice.  Keep adding to block number, but numbers change. Fake company which sounds like debt collection.  They say they are going to deliver papers to sign to your address and will only try 3 times.

I just activated my new phone number and got a call.  Seems to be a scam that I am ignoring.

I have already got two calls from that same number telling me that files are going to be deliverd

Came home from a doctors appt. and had this message on my answering machine that did not leave a name. "We will make only 2 attempts to deliver important documents from a prior compliant we have on our records and you will need to have proper identification to prove the papers will be served to the proper persons. We will make only 2 attempts to deliver the papers to your house or place of employment. If you need to contact the person who made the complaint you or your attorney should call 800-380-8296 and talk to them." something in them terms. They did not ask for anyone here in particular or left any name they were from. After reading these comments I figured it was a scam because they did not ask to verify an address, apt #, or even city. The call came from New Jersey and said LEGAL Dept. on caller I.D.

I just now received a phone call.  On my caller id it said "Legal Dept" on it.  I did not answer the call and let the machine pick it up.  The recording said, " A formal complaint needs my immediate attention.  I have documents that are scheduled to be delivered to your residents or place of employment.  We will only make 2 attempts to deliver these documents.  Please have valid identification to ensure proper delivery of the documentation.  If you or your attorney have any questions regarding this matter you can contact my client directly at 800-380-8296."

thank you all for the confirmation that on track is a scam. I received a call today from Cynthia Bishop, private servicing division. She said to call or have my attorney call them to address legal matters.  She left 800-380-8296 to call back.  People like these need to good jail.

Call saying that their client has a case against you and papers will be served and to call 800.380.8296 for questions.

My phone had a call from 1(703)682-2145...appears that Cynthia Bishop also calls from VA, USA.
Cant wait till they serve my "important papers" about the complaint.

I'm on board whenever you're ready. I'm so sick of their nonsense. My scores are awesome and these peeps are a joke. I continue to report these types of numbers but get nowhere.

I just got the EXACT call from Cynthia Bishop..identical to yours....at 9:46EST and It was from New Jersey....telling me or my attorney to call the exact number you got.

Calls originated in Riverside CA, they spoof local numbers. Total scam.  See the other notes.

1-719-598-0982 is the same "Amy ONeil"... vague threat of legal action against unspecified person from private servicing division of somewhere unintelligible. Bullsbit. They have different threats every time.

Just had a message from jamie alexander. Same old crap as all the rest of you. I havent any reason for this and they're full of [***]! Lets get them!

I really liked her in the Thor movies, Marvel's Agent of SHIELD, and the Blindspot TV show.  I guess the one that called you probably liked the name.

I just got this call on my cell phone Jamie Alexander threatening me to call them back and that they will only give me 2 days before they serve me important papers for their 'client" at my address or work. Call number was 302-261-5758 I believe and callback number was 1-800-399-9704!

I've been getting these phone calls for the past 3 years.  Always from different numbers and always stating the same thing.  Huge scam!  Don't give them ANY information about yourself!!!!
