My mom asked me to listen to the message shes been getting on her cells voicemail weekly for several months. The bot says shes Jamie Alexander from OnTrack Filing and has important papers to deliver to her home or work and that they will only make 2 attempts so please have proper ID ready... Or we can call her client  directly at 800-399-9704...
That in itself proves its all BS because if there were legal proceedings pending you would have to talk to an attorney... NEVER the client directly.

Just got a call from "Jamie Alexander" English speaking person from On track Filing--a private service for a client stating that Information will be delivered to my home or work and will only try two attempts so be sure to have proper identification. I thought what- I have NO legal matters but I have recently worked to get some debts to be removed from my credit in the past 30 days successfully and this may have triggered this call. The number was 703-822-4378 and the callback number she gave was 800-399-9704 (this is supposedly the direct client). If you are handling it why can I still contact them directly. And by the way- she sounded like she was tired of dialing and had no enthusiasm in what she was doing! They can mail me a certified letter like the IRS will if they have a matter to settle- do not call them back!! Good luck!

Claims to be crs legal outsourcing department. First call claimed they had a summons to serve. I asked them for a physical address and return number. They said they didn't have to supply that information. I told them I was going to tape record any messages or calls I receive from them and they hung up. Went as far to contact my daughter, who is 12 and told her I would be arrested. They crossed the line. I spoke to a detective who is stationed at my daughters school. I told her about the constant calls from several numbers. She took my cell phone and called one of the numbers. She introduced herself. They told her she would have to call back from her business line. She has all the numbers they contact me from. These people are sorry excuses for human beings. The detective told me not to contact them any more. I filed with FTC, FCC and now with the local police. It is hard not to answer when they repeatedly call. Man from the FTC, said any business who will not give a physical street address is not to be trusted.

Crs solutions has been calling my mom non stop for weeks. She is constantly arguing with them that they need to send validation of the debt they claim she owes. They stated they don't have to do that. She doesn't owe this debt.  She suffered a stroke, less than a half an hour after arguing on the phone with these people.  The day she suffered the stroke they called her 19 times. I have the incoming numbers on her cell and house phone. My mom is in good physical shape. No high blood pressure, no prior sympyoms. I am hiring a lawyer to persue this. I believe the stress from these scammers caused this. She would be so upset asking them to stop until they sent validation. I see here to contact the FTC and FCC. Our local police are aware, they responded when the ambulance came and I informed them.

I got a call from Jamie Alexander threatening to come to my house or place of employment with legal matters. I saved it on my voicemail. The phone number was 703-822-4378. When I called it back it just made noises so I pressed 1 and someone said hello and quickly hung up.
