Got this call too did not answer is it a scam?

I took spanish in school & from what i could gather, it seemed to be some sort of automated sales call. Probably orginating in Mexico or some other spanish speaking country. As if American telemarketers weren't enough!

i get this call all the time on my cell... im so sick of it :( i don't speak spanish. Sometimes they even call on the middle of the night.

got the call, it was all in mexican, but i recognized that they wanted me to press one for some reason.

This person from this number has been harassing me - I've gotten more than thirty calls on my cellphone - I've even changed cellphone numbers to get away from this person - either Sprint is going to get loaded with breaching my right to privacy, or I'm gonna vote for the guy who advocates the strictest border control!!!  This is irritating because children are compromised and if they can get your cellphone number, they've got some other information as well...  This is definitely a security issue...

I also received a call from this number at 4:57 PM Phoenix time to my cell phone. I let it ring. No voicemail.

Live in the Phx area - received a call from 555-000-9561, but didn't answer and received no v-mail.

My daughter gets calls, does not answer, at least once a week. Whats up with this number?

My sister lives in Italy -- so I thought it was her -- It was the same latino speaking guy you all have mentioned

always hangs up immediately....

Got the call on jan 2, 2008 at 8:26pm. Did not answer. Still no word on who or what is calling?

got this call last night, from what i can tell he's calling sprint customers in the phoenix area. but i could be wrong.

that same # just called me a second ago, but i missed the call. after seeing these posts, i kick myself for not running to the phone fast enough.
  maybe a calling card?????????

At work - my private cell phone rings and this Mexican just starts running his mouth - I hung up --- if you can't speak English - go back home ---- I pay American dollars for my cell phone, someone needs to do something about this crap -- sorry -- just aggravated.12:05 PM.

I got no audio or anything from this call.
after a few seconds of "hello?" the call dropped itself.

Got the same call but missed it. No voicemail, no message. I thought 555 was a bogus area code. Oh well.

i too have recieved a call from 555-000-9561 on jan. 10th 2008 at 7.39pm. i guess it rang about twice, but than stopped right away. by the time i got to the phone to see who it wasi noticed it was that crazy number. this may sound funny, but it did scare me a bit hah.

Did not Answer. Looked to Fake like a Movie Number to me.
