Weather it is computer generated or not, if they violate the do not call rule, they can be fined up to $10,000 per incident. I received a phone call from them too.

Caller just said "Helllooo" several times on my message machine before hanging up.

Got a call asking if I was a diabetic. The woman had a heavy accent.  I asked if she was crazy and advised her to never call again because she was a crook and I was onto her scam.  She hung up immediately.  .

Received this call on more than one occasion; was worried since have a trip planned to that area code in a few days! They never leave a message and i have doubled checked all the people I know there and none of them have this number.

Received this call, did not answer, they did not leave a message. Have relatives in that area, thought it was regarding them. Was unable to call back that number from my phone. Glad I look at this site to see what I avoided.

Called 6-2-2011 @ 16:27, answered call from National Diabetic Association.  Hung up promptly after saying, "Take this number off your list!"

Forwarded to voice mail.  No message left.

Receive a call from this number nightly for the last three nights. Let it go to machine and they never leave a message. Tonight immediately following the call, phone rings again and this time CID says Unknown name, Unknown Number. Could they be one and the same caller?? Probably.

call will talking noise behind them, they did not speak - as it seemed they were listening I told them we are on the do not call list, going to report their number, then they hung up.

Call from the "National Diabetes Association" for the third time, asking if anyone in my household had diabetes.  I said "I'm not telling you that" and asked why she cared?  She said something about free medication.  She had a foreign accent, busy boiler room sound in the background. I asked what country she was calling from and she said "California" (my iPhone, which received the forwarded call said "Visalia, CA").  I'm certain she was overseas and had a heavy Indian or Middle-Eastern accent.  I said if she was really in California and she kept saying "what"?  I was really surprised she didn't hang up when I started berating her -- I was the one to finally hang up.  Scumbags.

I just got a call again from this @ I wish they would stop they dont talk once I say hello . So now I just don't answer the phone if they call.

Got a call from this number today.
My policy is to check the number on the search engine when it is "Out of Area" or "Unavailable". If the number turns out to be legit, I have no problem with calling them back.

This number has been calling me every day now for a week.  I never answer.  If the machine picks up, they hang up.

I don't know who these people are nor do I know what they want because we do not answer the phone when they call. Is there a way to block these type of calls

I also just got a call from this number. They are not fooling me.

Keep getting calls from this number but they never leave a message or answer if I pick up.
