They are scammers located in India or Pakistan.  They don't care who they hire as long as they scam some money.

If you have a block feature on your phone block the number. That is what I am doing. If you have iPhone go to that call and scroll down press block call. On Droids and others go to play store and download a block caller app and it does work.

It was a foreign (Philipino) accent lady. Keep asking me medical questions and I keep asking who is this? She keep saying its a medical office. I asked if from Kaiser? She said no. She keep asking medical questions, but couldn't understand her, something about using certain drugs or having surgery. I said again, I won't answer your calls unless she tells me what this is about. She said I'm trying to get you compensated. I said for what? I haven't applied to anything. SHe said, one more question, then she said thank you for your time and hung up.

This guy also named Martin who could not speak correct english knew that I had three implants and that I was on Medicare.
He wanted to give me compensation for my injures and also asked if I was on antidepressants. I hung up on him. Like some
one said above, he must of receive his information from one of the doctors that I have gone to in order to know about the
implants. That isn't right if doctor's offices are selling our personal information. What the hell is all this HIPA  stuff all about then!

they called 2 times today saying that Im approved for money because I had a faulty bladder sling. I demanded to be put on their no call list

Got a call at my home that I missed from 1-561-449-8980 claiming that I was eligible for medical compensation for a bladder mesh I had received. I told him off and flat out told him I knew he was pulling a scam. I never let him get a word in, told him that nobody at my number ever received such a procedure, that I have already reported his past phone call to my AG and that I hope he enjoys spending the rest of his life in jail and ended the call informing him that he was an A.H. Waiting to see if he ever calls my home number again after that return call I made to them.

I don't think the doctors are selling your information. I work in a Hospital Medical. Records Department and have learned some of the sneaky ways these folks have managed to get the information they want. My department has learned many of their tricks. First and foremost at my hospital we require a Release of Protective Heath Information from to be completed by the patient/POA, we also require they present a photo ID when the come to pick up the records in person. Sounds like a hassles for you to get your records that way, but that is a federal law. Yet there are some loopholes in that law that these jerks have figured out. Here are the tricks they may use to get your medical information, they say they are a particular insurance company wanting information, if the medical records department gets documentation via fax from the insurance company on the insurance companies letterhead/fax cover sheet listing the information they want, then the Medical Records is able to fax that to the insurance company. It is a federal violation to give them information over the phone, they way some insurance companies get around this requirement is going through the case management of the facilities. Another exception to the rule is that your PCP is not required to send in a signed Release of information to get you visits either. Every time I go to the doctor's and I was having a follow up for anything I had done at the hospitals I would insist that I completed this release form myself and have it sent to my doctor only when they have that form on my hospital visit chart(s).

Female, with foreign accent, telling me it's medical compensation and keeps asking if I have had all these surgeries. When I say no, just keeps throwing out other "choices. Has called me 3x today. But this number has called me before a few times.

I just received two calls, one right after the other. They left no message either time. I also had a call a couple months ago saying they were from the IRS. These people overseas just don't give up! I am on the do not call list, and they still keep calling!! Never my house phone, just my cell.

I had a man call me a couple years ago or more and he said he was from the IRS , then called again same man had a delivery a package was going to be at my door on the following Monday. They did this 3 or 4 times a day EVERY DAY. Each time though they changed number. DONT call them back you will find out they want you to call them to say stop calling. When you call you get automatically transferred to a JAMAICAN number a nd you get charged about $( a minute or something if the sort, DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!!! They kept this charade up for more than 2 yrs. Don't ever pick up once you do your'e stuck with them. Let them leave the message and then erase. Actually I kept them for 3 yrs once they stopped I erased them one time he was an FBI agent, one time I won something.  DO NOT CALL THEM AND DON'T ANSWER THEM. I got to the point I didn't answer the phone until I heard the voice. for a while they changed it to a girl, then he came back.

todays call was something about medical. DONT CALL BACK DONT ANSWER them. You wont get rid of them!

This number calls my cell phone 2-3 times a day all week long. They normally dont leave messages but when they do they want me to renew my health insurance policy saying its lapsed & I will be penalized. No thank you! I too have registered my # on th do-not-call list for atleast 2yrs now. I've registered their # also. They still call!

Received 3 call from this #. Tried calling bacl one time, received dead line. Never leaves message. I would block but I have a limit on blocked calls. Getting messages from several different #, look up on 1-800 notes and find others with same ssue. Got a call the other night from an American voice telling me I had requested info on going back to schoole. Told him with a bachelor's and a certificate from a career school I was all set. He kept going and I said a pleasant goodbye and hung up. Hate these calls!

Got a phone call this morning looking for someone else, I told him there is no such person, wrong phone call, but he kept asking is my phone no is xxx-xxx-xxxx, I repeated, wrong phone call, and he kept asking... then I hung up.

Keeps call about medical comp. Tell them everytime to take my name off list. Been calling me for about a year now.

An man called me three times, sounded like he was from India. Saying it was a "Medical Company" I said, you've reached a private number & to please remove it from your call list! He then started to make fun of having a "private number" and would not stop being a rude a**hole!!!  I said I was reporting them.
Why does some random man from India have my cell & calling me from Florida??
Ridiculous - waist of time, they are relentless about NOTHING! Also received call from 561-449-8982 - seconds later!

I got a call this morning from these scammers. I let it go to voicemail and it is a woman speaking to someone else in a foreign language. They sound like Indians from India. They don't understand voicemail and I get a lot of information about these people when I do this. They harass me a lot. This is call number 443, 22 pages of calls, for 11 months.  I am keeping records of all these calls for the police. Eventually, the law will catch up to them.
