Sorry, but good Gatekeepers know when someone calls that isn't a current customer/client and leaves vague scripted messages, that it's going to be a waste of time.  Time the owner can be better spending making money rather than talk to every Tom, Dick, and Harry that calls in.

Are you seriously telling everyone here that you had a couple of dead beats to go after, and did absolutely nothing about it until these folks called you?  Why didn't you actively search for such service directly (and local) rather than patiently waiting by your phone in desperate anticipation of just such a telemarketer?  Sounds like you fired the wrong person.

Real person calling a business line.  They actually left a voice mail.  I think that's about the first time a telemarketer has ever intentionally done that!

And how can they have a "A" rating with the BBB with the comments they make toward their customers?  Look around and see what they have called their customers: "ignorant", "bi-polar", "disorganized", "dysfunctional", and I'm sure more.  Wow.   It's quite the entertaining read!

They are a 3rd party collection agency trying to solicit or collection Business. I was surprised at how polite the caller was, however he asked me to hold and that is not something I have time for.

Called telling us that he sells Diamond Blades for cutting concrete. There were a lot of time during the conversation that the boiler room behind him overcame his voice and I had to ask him to repeat. Debt Collection & Sales? Interesting.

Wants to do our collections.  I see why he is in this business.  What a jerk!  Wants to argue about how we do our collections. First, it's none of his business.  Second, that's how the owner wants it.  Third, apparently it works because we have NO DEADBEATS!

Called twice and left voice messages. Offered to help themselves to our accounts receivable.

The guy left me a message claiming I have a past due accounts receivables. I have no idea what he is talking about,because I don't owe anyone any money. He could be fishing for some information.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Called and left a message but the 561-266-9877 number that they left would not accept a return call 5 minutes later.

Called my office to offer their services if we needed to collect on any debts. I said we weren't interested and hung up. The caller then called back! Told me I was rude! No, just NOT INTERESTED! Total harassment.

They called the main business line. I answered the phone but they hung up after I said the company greeting.
