We have been receiving calls from this number several times a day just like everyone else. When the number is called back, it is said to be "disconnected". One time I had a response from a guy who said it was a survey, and asked for an actual resident in my home by name. I told him not to call back again, but they did!

I've been recieving calls just like this from 561-935-4417 with the Caller ID saying only, Jupiter, FL.  I'd get calls from them at least 3 times a day, every day.
I called them at the number listed above (866-941-8434) and the gentleman I spoke with was very apologetic, said it was coming from an automated dialer.  He took my phone number and said that the calls would stop within 72 hours.

same story as above but i was told it would take 24hrs to get the calls to stop.  There is a time share complaint number but the voice mail box they use for complaints is full and getting a live body on the phone is hard to do.  They number is 850-488-1122 tho!

I’m getting the same BS from this number (561-935-4417) also (000-000-0000) and it’s obviously some sort of spoofed (spoofcard.com) auto dialer.  It appears from my Google search it’s happening to hundreds if not thousands of people.

How they/it got my number is beyond me.  I can only assume since my cell is used as my business line and it’s published it was acquired there or if you own a Wyndham timeshare (leave feedback if you do) or the like perhaps they have something to do with this.

    I get 3-4 annoying calls per day usually between 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

POSSIBLE CAUSE could be Caller ID spoofing via Voice over IP.  This causes the telephone network to display a number on the recipient's caller ID display which is not that of the actual originating station; basically you can make the number you want to show on the end users phone any number you make up.

THE SOLUTION:  Change your phone number or stick it out until some sort of justice can be served or until just stops.

    Good luck to us all

Lenny, I have a Wyndham timeshare as well.  I believe Wyndham compromises their customer’s information.  I started to receive all of these "sell your timeshare" "rent your timeshare" type of phone calls/e-mails soon after purchasing through Wyndham/Fairfield.  Wyndham claims they don't sell your information, but why do these people ask for me by name and say it's regarding my Wyndham timeshare and they aren't even Wyndham.  I think I will file a complaint with the FCC because it's getting pretty ridiculous.  I not only get calls from this number, but several others as well!

It is Wyndham that sells your information.  If you have a timeshare with Wyndham/Fairfield...this is how your information was compromised.  File a complaint with the FTC for violation of your personal information.

I am a Wyndham owner if that is a common denominator, as it were.  I have a friend "high up" in Wyndham and will relay this scenario to him.

I too have been receiveing calls several times a day and getting that the number is disconnected when I return the call. I am not a Wydham owner as I opted out within the 5 days of signing a contract. However, it seems that Wydham may be a common denominator.

Can't stand this pain in the back side phone calls ...I am sure it has to do with time share's [Wyndam].  I have reported this in the past to Wyndam and they do not gave a Rat's A__ about this harassment.  All they care about is making money.

Guide lines need to be put into place that are followed and legal action needs to there to get back at these companies that are bothering people to stop all of this stuff.

More people need to get their congressman to get a bill passed in congress about time share and blocking them from calling people who request that they do not call them..!! All of these phone numbers that are not allowing you to return the phone number called and put them under the FCC violations and fine them for bothering people...who are not instrested in whatever a company is selling.

I too have recently been getting calls from this number, as well as from the number referenced in an earlier message posted that shows all zeroes (000-000-0000).  Ironically, my husband and I own a timeshare through Wyndham.  What a coincidence!  I have noticed an uptick in these types of sales calls since ownership of our timeshare and frankly I am not happy about it.  The root cause of this is Wyndham and other such companies and that is where action needs to be taken.  I concur that starting at the local level with congressional action is the best way to begin.

Another Wyndham owner getting these annoying calls (hangups).

For what we pay Wyndham, they had better not be giving out (selling) our data.
