Gets this number calling me three times a day.  Random background conversation noises a few times, but no answer and will hang up when you say hello.

My husband and I are also owners with Wyndham and have enjoyed our stays tremendously.  I have learned that the key to traveling with your timeshare is reading everything in your handbook. It was there I learned about reservation strategies. You can book your vacation at least 10months in advance( 12 months in advance at your "home" resort"). This is very important because the most popular places book up very quickly. What we do is purchase a calendar and mark each month what reservations become available that month. For example this month is March 2009 and beginning this month you can make reservations for January 2010 so if you are interested in traveling to a particular location for the New Year(2010) you should make a reminder this month to book.If you want to travel to your "home" resort for the New Year 2010 you could have made reservations as early as Jan 2009.  If you want to travel in July 2010 you can begin making your reservation in September 2009.(or July 2009 if you are traveling to your "home resort"). Our calendar  I know this may sound a bit confusing but you have to plan waaay ahead of time to get the location you want and the size you want. I cant stress how important it is to read your handbook it is very thick but contains all the information you need to enjoy your timeshare. I hope this helps and I hope you get what you want next year. Feel free to email me if you still have questions I may be able to answer ashlou007@aol.com

this is an automated phone system from a company attempting to buy your timeshare.  multiple references to Wyndham time shares (that's me too).  I've received 8 calls in the last week. no messages. can't call them back. just get a busy signal.  unfortunately the phone number you gave when you bought your time share is a matter of public record and these egg sucking snakes are going wild lately because of the economy, hoping to get people to sell or sublet (for big fees) through them.

I also am a Wyndham Timeshare owner, and have been receiving multiple calls daily from 561-935-4417, and this has been happening for weeks.  I URGE EVERYONE RECEIVING THESE HARRASING CALLS TO CONTACT THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE @ 1-866-966-7226 (toll free).  Lets bombard the Atty Gen. with our complaints so they will be aware of our situation.  I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, if you are also, please make Atty General aware of this.

We are also timeshare owners and there was one time that the man on the other end, after unsuccessfully trying to get us to join what he was selling, got extremely rude and hung up.  This number calls back sometimes daily, when I answer, he either hangs up or asks for my boyfriend (the other owner of the timeshare) then hangs up after I tell him he is not available.  I am sure this is somehow related to our ownership, but can't understand what he thinks he will get from us.

If you have Selective Call Reject option from your Telco, you can program your telephone line to reject the call by adding their telephone number to the list. I have 800-000-0000, 000-000-0000, 561-935-4417 and a few more in my list. I never receive anymore call from those scammer. Call your Telco and ask for Selective Call Reject option. Some Telco will give the option for Free like Shaw (in Canada) gives so many options for free.
I hope this help some people that do not want to get bothered by the scam artists.

We, too, suffer from these harassing phone calls, and are also Wyndham timeshare owners.  Last night I asked to be placed on their do not call list (we are already on the National Do Not Call List) and the idiot pretended he couldn't hear me then hung up.  Nothing but harassment!

I have also been getting calls from 561-935-4417. I differ from the others who have written responses because I do not own a timeshare. My brother does but he lives in another city on another coast of Florida. I am sick and tired of these people invading my privacy. The manage to by pass my privacy director.
