I've gotten the calls from 631-840-1026 and 562-289-8136 also.  They haven't gotten my cell from Facebook or Myspace, don't have accounts. Only a small handful of people know my cell but I recently left it with a Mazda dealership when the car was in for repairs. I wonder?

whom ever this company advertiser is call me twice two minutes apart saying my auto warranty was about to expire. that was a red flag. I don't have a warranty on my car purchased it second hand as/is no warranty. hers the kicker the first marketer hung up on me, then they call back saying second call notice and they would close the file. Hey I didn't know i had a file. ha ha. so i told the marketer don't hang up like the first caller did. I told her not to call this number and don't call the cell, I also asked how did they get it, it went dead silence for 2 sec, then the marketer tryed to switch to something else. yes this is a spamming number
an the 800-461-6675 is no better all you get is a recording.

so file please file the FCC 1088 form, and may be this nonsense will stop.

They called me 5 times telling me my car insurance was expired I don't even own a car!!!

they have been calling me for weeks when I told them my car was used and didn't have a warrentee on it they kept asking me for my information I called the girl a [***] and she laughd and hung up on me I askd wut company she works for she said atlantic factory warrentee I askd how she got my info and she said national factory warrentee I think dat [***] is lying

Thank god I googled 562-289-8136 and found this site.  The reverse number lookup sites are just about worthless.  This number has been calling me everynight for the past week, between 3 and 7pm.  Not odd hours, but my cell is prepaid, and it's for emergencies only.  Needless to say I just let it roll to voicemail, which of course they never leave.  I'll be filing a complaint as well.

I've gotten over 20 calls from this 562.289.8136 number. All times of day and early mornings. Whenever I get a voicemail it claims that I owe money for a bill or that my warranty for my car is about to expire. I've tried calling back but it always disconnects after a couple of seconds. I also have a Verizon phone, this just recently started happening. But it better stop soon because this is completely uncalled for.

This # has called at least 4 times (1/14-1-31)with a message about warranty service.  We have no new vehilce and do not know how they got our cell #. This is BS. They said this is the final notice today?????
Hit 1 to talk to someone hit 2 to be taken off the list. I do not trust this, scam to attach to phone? or what.
How do we get Verison or our gov/officals to stop this!!!!!!!!!! This must be just a start of cell phone hell. We need a do not call list for cell phones!!!!

I have received 4 calls from 562-289-8136 with the first call coming the same day that I gave my local Toyota dealer my cell number to call when my service was completed.

Called on Jan 21 and Jan 31.

The 562-289-8136 is calling my work cell phone number, which definitely is only on work email address signitures and busines cards.  I'm calling them in the a.m. (I tried caling at 9:40 and it cut me off with no rings, with several attempts) and getting on the "do not call list".  I've only had two calls, but it sounds like they wont stop.

Both my wife and I got another call on both of are phones at 8:04pm.
It said that the warranty  on my car is about to run out...
My newest car was over 10 years old when I bought it. So I know it was false.

I have been receiving calls from this number for about 4 weeks. Every day or every other day. I never answer and they never leave a message. But this sure is annoying.

i received a call from them and they said my factory warranty was expired even though i bought my vehicle 2 months ago.  i refused to give them any information at first because they tried calling me from 480-534-1282 and i searched that number and its the same type company.  they immediately asked me for the make and model of my vehicle and i said, "you called me, you should have that on file"  then i proceded to tell them i have a brand new vehicle and she said she would "update the system".

[***] kept calling so the next time they called i got all there information and asked to get off there list and they havent called me since if you guys want off there list call 1-888-898-8778

These damn people have my nerves stirred up! I swear if I had one of these sons of a [***] infront of me I'd punch their teeth out!!!
I've gotten calls from them...I kid you not about 20 times!!! The first few times I went through the automated service to be removed.  After the first couple of times they kept on calling after that I started speaking to humans...all reassuring me I'd be removed from their list.
I get a call today AGAIN.  
Guess what?  I asked him to not hang up on me and to listen to what I had to say...I started to ask to be removed and what do they do??? HANG UP ON ME!!!!!!
Ok...I get on here and I see the 1-888-898-8778 number and I give them a call.   A [***] picks up and I ask for her supervisor. She hangs up!  
Okay I call back....it rings and rings and rings.   I call back....she picks up again and says nothing and hangs up.   I call back....they hang up again.  I call back....a man picks up and i ask for his name...he hangs up.   I call back...same man picks up...I say "Listen sorry piece of [***]...I can sit here all day and aggravate the [***] out of you like you do me"....lol and they of course hang up on me.  I call back and they hang up on me again lol I call back and finally a guy identifying himself picks up.  I proceed to tell him what just happened and he's very nice in apologizing and telling me it wont happen again.  I on the other hand was NOT nice.   I told him off and YELLED as loud as I could in his ear.....hahahaha I feel soooo much better....you guys need to do the same!!!! If  we all agravate them like they do us they might get the point!!!! I know it will happen again so Im sort of looking foward to telling them off again!!!

I just called Verizon to see if I could block the call.  They told me it is illegal to block calls to cell phones but you can block calls to land lines.  Unfortunately, I have a cell phone which is a business cell.  He told me the only options I have are: 1. add to do not call list - but people like this don't care about that or 2. change cell phone number.

You can also fill out the fcc form on this site but I don't know what that will do.  Answering these calls though is only going to let them know your cell is live.  I'm sure these are automated programs that let the operators know they have a live fish on the line to speak with.
