STOP THE MADNESS.  IF YOU HAVE A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, SEND SOMETHING THROUGH THE MAIL.  STOP ANNOYING EVERYONE,  YOU CAN'T WIN WITH THIS STRAGEGY.

Received a call, but not left any message. Checked the internet, scam. Blocked the call.

This telemarketer phoned today, but left no message.  According to other posters, this number was owned by a telemarketer known as Hey Cosmo with the website www.heycosmo.com  However, since the website is up for sale, this company may no longer be in business.  It is possible, therefore, that another telemarketer has taken over this phone number and is now going about its illegal business.  Don't answer this call; let it go to voicemail.  

Got this call--did not answer since I did not recognize the number--no message left.  Telephone Terrorists!

Called 8/11/14, 12:55 PM my time.

Me: Hello? Hello?
Caller: (finally answered): "Mrs. [our last name]". Then he realized I wasn't a Mrs. and said "David?"
Me: Who is calling?
Caller: Hi! This is Danny. [sounding my my long-lost best friend]
Me: And the purpose of your call?
Danny: something about whether I was interested in home remodeling.
Me: Well, Danny, why would I want to do business with a company that isn't respectable?
Danny: something like - why do you say that?
Me: 1) You hide your identity from Caller ID, and 2) you're violating the DNC.
Danny: something like - Well, all you need to do is ask us not to call. [Which we all know is BS]

Since this number has a long history on 800Notes, it's obviously a call center that makes illegal calls on behalf of pays them. Just another piece of crap telemarketer.

This "telephone terrorist" (with compliments to LSCal) phoned again.  The call went to voice mail, but the caller left no message.  Thanks to droll, we now know it is a scam contractor, probably unlicensed and possibly originating from a call center, who is responsible for these illegal calls made to phone numbers on the "Do Not Call" list.

This number is from Remodel home telemarketing company. They calling us all the time even my number is in DoNotCall list.
I told them that I do not interest in remodel my home and they keeping calling me.

3/19 15:35 PDT   Too many today.  Am not a happy camper that I keep getting these obnoxious and frustrating calls and right now, just need to SCREAM.  Another call coming in  even now as I am reporting this one.  562-388-2202 already blocked but will go back to home and report

3/20 14:22 PDT "Hello, Ms. ******.  Seem to be getting deperate.  Less than 24 hrs. between attempts.  It's only 14:30 PDT and have already had over a dozen scam, troll, phishing, etc. calls.  Wonder how many more before day is over.  This number is now blocked also.  My blocker can accommodate 1200 numbers and still have plenty of room for more.

Calling about home remodeling, I told him I don't need anything done, but thank you. He kept going on and on, wanted to get personal, i did not buy into the crap, he said some random, hard to understand crap and then he hung up....people have nothing better to do apparently. Number was 562-453-4506.

Yet another call.   This particular number has had complaints since 2011.  How can they stay in business?   Because people fall for these scams and believe that telephone solicitors are reputable individuals or business.   Don't answer or just hang up whether you have a cell phone or land line.  Stop being victims!

8/27 17:05 PDT Number has been blocked for a while now and I was out, in any case.    Since blocked couldn't have left a message.  WHAT A Shame.  I do agree with shello, don't answer or just hang up if you aren't able to block.

They've been calling both my home phone & cell. I've never answered. They don't leave a msg. I blocked them on the home phone--need to figure out how to do that on my cell.
