10/01 11:14 PDT Another unidentified  caller taking up air time on voicemail.  What do these creeps hope to accomplish?  NEVER, NEVER answer call from unknowns.  You don't need them.

this $%^& caller calls every couple of evenings- crap. ID says "California". don't pick up

call came in at 2:20 this afternoon. number looked familiar. probably one I blocked on my last phone a while back. I guess they never give up, even years later. We had to buy a new phone with greater capacity for blocked numbers. Land lines have become a liability but I'd still want one in case the power or voip service was disrupted. I spend way too much time on this site reporting numbers. sigh

Got call from 562-453-4506, caller ID shows Unknown Name.  Never leaves a message.  Ugh...

how does one stop these annoying phone calls with NO ONE at the other end.  90% of my phone calls are from numbers I tell to put me on their do not call list and then they just change the number they call from.

I want this "company" to stop calling me. I am not interested at all. Not ever. I am on the do not call list. I want them to pay me for all the times they have disturbed me and hung-up on me when I ask what is the nature of their call. I would say $100 a call would just about do it for me!

This is the second time they call me.  They want to speak to a homeowner re home improvements.  As soon as I start pressing and asking more questions- like where did you get my phone number, why would I want home improvements from someone I have never heard of, what is your company, they quickly back off, apologize for disturbing and hang up.  Shady shady.  I googled them and they have no website, only show up in ads hiring cold callers.  Don't know what their purpose is, but it is not good.

have received repeated calls. this time I said I wanted to be put on the no call list, and he said oh you disappointed me , I thought you were going to say you wanted work done.  I said I want to be on the no call list, he said I can't do that.  I said let me talk to your supervisor, he said I can't do that.  I ask again, let me talk to your supervisor, he said , I will do it if you ask me nice.  I started yelling and he hung up

Numerous calls after I asked to be placed on their no-call list.

What I see here is a lot of judgements and no real evidence that this is a "scam" number.  What is wrong with this lynch mob?

What is wrong with you "Mary E." if that is your real name. that is? This is a caller complaint web site! And a company that cold calls against the DNC laws is a illegal telemarketer. These people have all the right in the world to complaint about these company's and report them.

Complaints suggest an illegal sales caller, all right. A C-note per call is playing too cheaply. How about $500 per violation to start, with more than one violation per call often possible? Triple damages are available when you can prove a "knowing and willful" bad actor. If you want payback, you'll have to find where the callers live and sue for relief. We've had federal law for a quarter century to help you.

Telemarketers are required to deal honestly with customers, to scrub their autodialers against existing no-call registries, to maintain internal no-call lists, to accept submissions to that in-house list without an argument, and to actually obey those no-call wishes no matter how they are delivered.

Without even leaving this page we can see that the company you wish to defend reportedly does none of the above, and the reports appear to be sincere and unique. I am confident that if everyone concerned sued the telemarketer, your "real evidence" would be forthcoming.
