my mother is 85 years old and medpoint called asking for her social security number and without thinking she gave it to them,big mistake.
i see where concerned agent has written that they do not ask for sensitive info is bullcrap,they got my mom to give her social number to them and other info.
leave the elderly alone.....................

I'm on the Do Not Call registry and still get calls from this number. FCC please go after them

If all that you say is true....why does the caller just hang up on me when I say no one here has diabetes or when I ask them to remove me from the list. They call at all times of the day ... sometimes 3 or 4 times.  This has been going on for months now.  If the calls were indeed legitimate, there would be a business-like response to my request and our name would be removed from the company's call list. I have done telemarketing in the past and polite responses to callers who did not want to be called were part of my job.

Your company may be legit but it is also misguided. CMS does not allow the solicitation of Medicare patients. As of right now your company could be facing millions of dollars in fines depending on how long you have been doing this

That is BULL BULL BULL... My mother and I have never requested and we don't want your calls. We are tired of them. You have a LIE going here and IT is uncalled for and someone is going to get their butts kicked by calling the DO NOT CALL numbers such as my mom and I. THIS IS UNETHICAL and ILLEGAL. THE COMPANY is not credible with ethics like this. WE DO NOT REQUEST YOUR CALLS. DO NOT CALL if you don't receive calls from us requesting this information then sit on it...because we have definitely have called your number. We pay for our phones and to be unlisted and it is time for us to speak up and SAY WE PAY FOR THOSE LINES AND STOP CALLING. We do NOT want your calls. WHY NOT WORK FOR A REPUTABLE COMPANY INSTEAD OF TRASHY CALL CENTER.

I recieved a call from this number. I had no option to be "unsubscribed" so I pushed #1 to speak to a rep. She asked my name and as I said "..no thanks, I only stayed on to…." she hung up. Never said a company name. Her name was Tasha.
