They eventually started asking personal questions about your health. If it was legitimate they would not have asked the personal health questions that are protected by HIPPA (they are not be bound by HIPPA so could share what you volunteer about your health) maybe to your employer, etc.  Don’t talk to them

I might still be a little hazy from the surgery, but it seems like I was told at the hospital that I'd be getting a survey call. I was looking forward to complimenting the hospital on the great treatment.

But, this caller from Press Gainey (which I recognize as 'legitimate' survey company) asked to speak to a certain person without first identifying herself!
That pretty much disqualifies them from talking with anyone here!

Plus, I realized their caller ID was "Private Caller," making them look even more suspicious.

Now, I come here and read y'all saying this caller asks questions about your medical problems.

My bubble is burst. I'm no longer happy to give them feedback on my hospital stay.

Caller ID said “private caller,” but they left no message.  It’s from Indiana, which is a dozen states away from me.

I just received call on my cell phone from this number, no message when I didn't answer .  My phone,shows UNKNOWN unless it's someone in my contact  list. As for it being a Medicare survey, you've,,given me one more reason to refuse these surveys

Reading through everyone’s feedback on this number. This was the first call I received from this number and I have not been hospitalized nor am I visited s medical facility in years. No one else in my family either.

Keep getting calls from Press Haney LLC at 844-297-1810. I don't answer unsolicited calls from people who I have no prior contacts, & they never leave a message. I filled out & returned a Medicare survey, but I will not call them back without government verification of their authenticity, since there are too many scanners these days.

Well known company and easily found on the internet.  My hospital uses them for surveys on how they are doing as well as my doctors.  I never had any problems with them.

Called but didn't leave a message, some say Hospital Survey, might be, I had a hospital visit last spring, but, I don't answer unknown callers.
