This "Abandoned" call has been annoying us in DE too!  For over a few weeks now!  And it's getting old!!!  I took Bill's advice above and e-mailed the FCC to complain.  I would urge everyone to do this and maybe make this problem go away.  If not were going to take a little ride to Rochester, NY and fix the problem ourself!

Frontier annoyance dept 777-5749 will do nothing. Lead Club 1-800-789-2784, let it ring maybe 20 times, you get voice mail, and at least you can leave a message to have your number removed.

I've been getting the same type of calls, sometimes five times a day. I always let it go to the machine, but its getting to the point where its past annoying. I am also on the do not call registry.

They've called every hour today and it's really getting annoying. Just this last call I picked up and said nothing, and then I heard an office or something with a bunch of people in the background. I spoke and the person hung up.

As above, called frontier was on hold then transfered and was told they could do nothing about it.  When I called the number back it stated it was no longer in use.

I have got calls from this number multiple times on my cell for last couple of days. Today thrice. Their voice mail is full if you try to call back. Strange is that if I try to call back from my cell it does not connect (as if it is busy). I tried dialing from another number and it went to voicemail (doing in parallel !!!)

I received a call from this number at my job.  He asked for the owner by first name.  He said he was from "WSI", whoever that is.  I told him the owner wasn't available and asked if he would leave a message.  He said that it was just a courtesy call and that he would call back later in the week.

Someone has called my cell phone several times over the last few days and when you answer, no one is there.  When trying to call the number back, their voice mail box is full (too many complaints in the box I guess).

These a**holes have been calling my cell phone 2 or 3 times a day for the last week. There's no live person on the other end, just telephone beeps/tones. Their voicemail is full. Reported them to FCC.

Finally I picked up the phone and it seems the call is from Sears carpet cleaning service (as they say so!!!) and asked if I want my carpet cleaned.
They called on my cell .. are they allowed to ?

Have been recieving calls from 585-770-1499 for the past few days.  Same responses as other folks here.  I've reported to FCC and will file a report to police if this keeps up.

Please make this stop. I have tried to call it back and I do get a voice message to leave my number to remove me but the voice mailbox is always full. I get this call at least 5 or 6 times a day that I know of.

What can be done? My cell phone gets called repeatly by this lunitic. How can I stop this? I send a complaint to the fcc but I might as well have send it to FEMA.

Lead Club 585-770-1499 calls around 10 times a day. After the second ring they hang up...

I get an outrageous amount of calls on a daily basis from this number, they hang up and when you call you it states, leave your number and we will not call again. I have done so more that 12 times. At this point I am feeling harassed. Who can I contact to have this organization penalized to the max. They even call at 8:59 pm ! Since I am on the do not call registry and have privacy director, I do not know what other recourse I have or can take. BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS !

I found this name and number on their website, they are a company that provides lead to telemarketing outfit. MAYBE if we all call him and harass him HE WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO
FIX IT !

EVERYONE call this guy, he is listed on the LEADCLUB.com website, this is an outfit that provides leads to telemarketing organization(mortgage, insurance etc) Maybe if we all call him, the calls will stop, NO one else seems to be able to fix them.
