I got a call today from 585 770-1499 after a long hiatus of no calls (thankfully)--I had posted back in February. This time I answered and a real person was there, who asked if I wanted my carpets cleaned again by Sears!

I told him that I had reported their number to the FCC on numerous occasions after having been hung up on more than a dozen times. He was actually very nice, explaining that their computer sometimes glitched and dialed numbers when there was no one available to talk, and that he would take my number out of the system. I think I will call Sears and tell them what their contractor is doing; ironically, it was the polite and kindly guy who told me who they were and what the problem was. Technically, since I've done business with Sears they have the right to call me, but they don't have the right to call and hang up on me every day for weeks on end.

I don't know who else these people work for other than Sears, but I did suggest that they need to get their software fixed.

just filed complaint through fcc from link below...everyone should do this and maybe fcc will do something. I received these on my cell phone for weeks a few months ago and now they have my home phone.  These numbers are unlisted and are on the do not call list.

I spoke with someone at 1-800-789-2784 and they said they'd remove my number from their call list right away.  I asked for Jeff Rogers, as was suggested above, and actually spoke with a woman who was polite, at least.

Call 1-800-789-2784 and have them remove you from their list.

If that # does not work call 585-760-2200 this is the main switchboard for Kaizen.

I am getting repeated calls everyday from this number over the past month(5857701499) and each time i answer there is no one on the other end.  It is becoming more than just an aggravating nuisance, it is disrupting business as i have had to hang up on a client more than once thinking i have another important call.  I have tried calling back and locating someone to talk to and reprimand, to no avail.  I hope someone can track down the company behind this computer system, especially since my number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST!  Action needs to be taken.

I receive one to three calls a day from this company. It's been going on for over a month now. I have left my number with their number removal system but I still get calls. It's driving me absolutely out of my mind. I get many calls at my office and I don't have time for these disruptive calls. I've tried to contact Jeffrey Rogers via his email address but it comes back as undeliverable. I'm going to file a complaint with the FCC. I've had enough!

Received a call on my business line from this number, 585-770-1499.  When we picked up, the line was dead.  Checked out 800Notes.com and discovered numerous complaints and information, suggesting they're a telemarketing leads provider.  My business line is legitimately on the Do Not Call Registry.  As such, reported this number to the FCC, 07/07/08. With enough FCC filed complaints, they'll hopefully be stopped.

    Hello Everyone,

I can shed some light on this for you all, I was previously an employee of "Lead Club" aka Kaizen Direct Inc.

Lead Club is what pops up on your caller ID when someone from Kaizen Direct calls you.  Kaizen Direct is owned by a loathesome couple whose names are Jeff and Beth Rogers.  Jeff is a balding, middle-aged, failure of a business man, his company is in a run down building in the ghetto.  His useless wife Beth acts as the companies HR person but she has absolutely no education or training in that field, or any field for that matter.

One of the most disgusting things about these people is that they KNOW their dialer system is bugged/broken, they KNOW that their dialer calls people all day and hangs up on them.  they DO NOT CARE.  The way their dialer works is this- The computer makes 3 phone calls, if someone answers one of the dialed numbers then the computer hangs up on the other 2 dialed numbers, NO MATTER if someone has answered or not.

These people are absolute scum, they have process servers show up to serve them papers but make their receptionist lie and say that they aren't there.  If you are someome actively trying to sue them, please continue in your efforts! Jeff Rogers is there every day.  He drives a Red SUV and is usually there before 8:30am EST.

Kaizen calls on clients such as Sears, Merchant Processing Services, and Heartland Payment Systems.  Their main clients of late has been a company called "Seniors Only" which contacts senior citizens mostly in florida to invite them to a free luncheon, which is in fact a high pressure sales seminar to get senior citizens to invest in thier company. Also, WSI or "We Simplify the Internet" which is an internet marketing company wortking on Search Engine Optimization.

If you are a client of Kaizen Direct please know this.. at least 75% of the leads generated by employees of this company are fraudulent, I have personally witnessed Jeff Rogers advising another manager by the name of Steve to falsify information on leads generated there.

These people break the law every day, they know they're doing it and they don't care.  Please file complaints with the FCC as much as possible.  Sue them! put them out of business if you can, they are absolute dirt.

"Lead Club" aka Kaizen Direct Inc.
    225 Oak Street
    Rochester, NY

Owners: Jeff Rogers and Beth Rogers
    Phone: 585-760-2200

FYI-  Jeff Rogers is a spineless troll, he never answers the phone, NEVER.  But he is at the 225 Oak St. office every day, his other locations have all closed due to his failure as a business person.

Some additional information on Kaizen Direct Inc.

If you are a business and you are getting calls from Lead Club, they are probably attempting to contact you about an internet marketing tool called Search Engine Optimization or SEO from a company called WSI.  If Kaizen Direct is contacting your company about WSI or about SEO and they do not/will not remove your number from their calling list, I highly recommend that you contact their client directly to complain at-

WSI or We Simplify the Internet
web address- www.wesimplifytheinternet.com click on "contact us"
phone- 888-678-7588 (north america) or 905-678-7588
    fax- 905-678-7242

and DEFINATELY FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC!!!  File a complaint EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY CALL!!!

If you are a senior citizen living in florida or georgia (maybe a few states) and you are getting calls from Lead Club they are contacting you about a free senior luncheon which is in fact a high pressure sales pitch to get senior citizens to invest in their company.  If Lead Club aka Kaizen Direct is contacting your home and will not remove your number from their calling list I urge you to file a complaint with the FCC.  Also, don't just file 1 complaint, file a complaint everytime they call.  That is the only way anything will ever be done.

Calling Lead Club aka Kaizen Direct and asking that your number be removed is useless.  I have watched Beth Rogers as well as another manager Steve listen to these requests on their voice mail, and they are largely ignored.  Please file your complaints with the FCC or sue them in civil court if you want, these people are animals, the lowest form of humanity... if you are being harassed then please, for the good of everyone file your complaints with the FCC, file complaints with your state attorney generals office too.  These creatures must be stopped.

Lead Club aka Kaizen Direct Inc. of Rochester, NY

Their main phone number 585-760-2200 is a good number to call, the receptionist Danielle is usually there between 9am-4pm or so.  Due to his failing business the companies hours of operation are from 9am-4pm now.

If Danielle answers she will never transfer a call to Jeff Rogers.  If you want to speak with someone ask for Beth Rogers but she is very lazy and is usually only at work a couple hours a day, usually she doesn't come in until around 10am and usually leaves by 1pm after lunch but is sometimes there until 3pm. (She works soooo hard!)  She usually does nothing while at work except complain and yell at the employees.

If Beth Rogers is not available ask for the manager named Steve.  He is an absolute monster, if you do nothing but curse at him then hang up you have done your part and I applaud your actions.

Above all else, if you are being contacted by Lead Club aka Kaizen Direct Inc. file an FCC complaint, file an attorney general complaint, don't just file in your home state either, file complaints in New York too.

If on the number they are calling you have an ability to put a designated ring, set it for mute and you won't have to answer it and won't bother you.  It's what I've done with those that keep annoying you.  Also let them know you are on the Do Not Call list.
