They have called my cell phone SEVERAL times during the day, always at random. I called them  back and got a message stating that if I wanted to be removed from their calling list I should state my cell number at the beep. THE BOX WAS FULL so I couldn't leave a message.

In the past 4 days, they've called me 5 times.  Of course, when I answered, there was a pause and then the call was disconnected.  And, like everyone else, when I called them at the number displayed on Called ID, I couldn't leave a message w/ my number so it could be removed from their list: their mailbox was full.  Not a surprise.  Would anyone really WANT these calls?

Complaints have (apparently) been filed, and yet nothing has been done.  What is the point of having a Do Not Call list?  We're all (apparently) on it, and yet Lead Club keeps calling ... and calling ... and calling.

Is there a lawyer in the house?

I have gotten about a dozen calls from 2/5 to 2/14 on my cell phone from 585 770 1499; no company is ever identified--it just reads "unknown caller." It's always a hangup, whether or not I answer. I've tried calling the number back and gotten a machine that tells me to leave my number and has a full mailbox, like everyone else.

I also tried the numbers listed for Jeff Rogers (716-760-2200 and 585-760-2200) and the first one says that the area code has changed to 585; the second one is disconnected. I've also tried to call Frontier, the phone company in question, and they said that they have the 585-770-1499 number listed as "inactive."

I've been on the Do Not Call list for years, and I've filed 10 complaints with the FCC about abandoned calls. I also called the FCC today on the phone. They said that I will get a letter from them about whether my complaint was complete or not, or if they needed more information. However, they also said that if they fine the company, or take other enforcement action, they will not get back to individuals. The FCC does have a list of companies online that they've fined--I forgot to ask for the URL, but I'm sure it'd be easy to find. Not that these jerks are likely to be on it--they're still calling people after 5 or 6 months and hanging up repeatedly. Anyone with their kind of record should have their phone privileges entirely revoked.

Given what Frontier says about this not being an active number, this caller may be doing this entirely under the radar from an illegally-connected phone line. I'm trying that 800-789-2784 number, for Kaizen direct, but have yet to get a real live person. Apparently they have 6 or 7 people working there, including the elusive Jeff Rogers. Please post if you find out anything.

They have called every night for the past few weeks.  Would not leave a message and lately only let it ring 2 times and then hang up.  Tonight, 02-14-08,  I caught them on the 1st ring and guess who it was?  Sears Carpet Cleaning, who I have used in the past.  Won't be using them anymore, jerks!

Man....I have had enough of these people calling me.  They call 5-8 times a  day.  I rush to the phone just to be f-n hung up on.  I have reported the and will every time they call from now on.  This is the link I am using...

Last week, I filed complaints for each phone call that I received from 585-770-1499.  I have received written confirmation of the abandoned call complaints (https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do).  I twice called the number provided above -- 585-760-2200 -- and left a message telling them to remove my number.  I finally e-mailed Jeffrey Rogers and cc'ed the e-mail to the FCC (fccinfo@fcc.gov).

On Tuesday, I received a phone call from a person at Lead Club, Danielle.  According to caller ID, she called from 585-324-7183.  If I'd thought about it, I'd have asked her if I could call her right back.  Than I could have posted a real phone number.

She said that she wanted to schedule my interview.  I had no clue what she was talking about, but I told her to remove me from their list, that I'd left them 2 messages, filed complaints, and e-mailed Jeffrey Rogers.  She got my name and said she would have my number removed.

I HAVE HAD NO MORE CALLS!

We have been receiving several calls a day from this number over the past 2-3 weeks.  Every time we answer it they hang up, and a message is never left.  Also, I called the number and no one answered.

i want them to stop calling

I received 3 calls on my cell phone and they never left a voicemail. I picked up the phone on the 4th call and the woman on the other line asked for me by my maiden name which I knew she had to be selling something. I said this is a cell phone and you have no business calling my cell phone. I requested to be taken off the list. The woman apologized and stated she is with Sears carpet cleaning and she stated that I must have given them my cell phone number in the past. Again, I stated to take me off the list. The woman continued to proceed with her sales pitch and I hung up. I am on the do not call list so this is very frustrating!

I am getting calls too. But, I am getting them at my home! It is annoying and very rude. As soon as you pick up the phone they hang up. I also called the number and the voice mail was full.

Average 5 calls per day...they hang up when i answer.or if I call them back ..a "box is full" recording.  THE calls are coming to a senior nursing facility and are very annoying and even dangerous...

I was able to get through to company called Kaiser in Rochester NY  1 800789-2784 ext 101 and left a message to kindly remove # from their rec ords....Time will tell

Will you kindly post the email address of this person. The calls are coming to a nursing home resident are are not only upsetting but can be dangerous (falls?)

Numerous calls late into the night.  No message and no response when we answer the phone.

Ther must be some way of finding this person or company.

Called my company.  Wanted to know who handles our marketing.  Luckily, we have a fake person and voicemail set up to handle these calls.  They had the owner's name but since the telemarketer asked for my help, I directed him away from the owner.  =)

Has called several times in the past, number shows up on my caller ID, but always during the day when I'm at work. Today, I'm at home, and a woman asked for "Dave". I told her nobody here by that name, and she hung up. Called back about an hour later, hung up when I answered the phone.

They keep calling my business, and won't respond when I answer.  Our phones are busy enough.  I don't need this!!

This number is making multiple daily unsolicited phone calls.
Upon calling the number back, an option is left to leave a voice mail in order to have your number removed.  Then, promply, it informs you that the mail box is full and terminates the call.
