when I called back says number does not work

Her: "Hello, can you hear me?" Me: "Yes" Her: "Hi, this is ?? i believe you just called me." Me: "Nope" Hung up...

602-603-8018 belongs to Hotels.com (they called me back after discussion re fee charges which they should not have charged) and this number showed up on my phone.

It's legit;  I got disconnected from Expedia and this is the number from which they called me back.

Well then, what would have been your reason for looking this number up?

Also belongs to Expedia...my credit card was charged 3 times for 1 flight, this number called me right after I filed an incorrect charge.

This is hotels.com they tried calling me back after I go into it with them about a charge they charged me and over drafted my bank account when it said nothing about a charge till after I checked out!!!

Got a call from a heavily accented man claiming he was calling from Travelocity about my "recent change in travel plans." When he asked for my email address, I told him it was my name (literally said, "my name") at gmail com. When he said he would need the exact email, I hung up on him. Travelocity has my email and can notify me of any schedule changes that way; I don't believe a legitimate Travelocity rep would be calling me at 9 PM with no specific information about where I might be traveling to.

This just happened to me. I also hung up. Whenever I have Travelocity changes, I receive and email from Travelocity and never a phone call. Travelocity showed no change to my flight and neither does westjet who it is booked with.

No message left.  I don’t make online travel plans so...

Also called at 6 freaking A. M.

A total confused individual named Aaron called me and said he was from " Travel City". It like Travelocity but no "O". Said he needed to discuss my recent Itenerary and have the number and confirmation ready.   Well, I called Travelocity and they said that number is not theirs and nor Travel City is not one of their agents. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!  BLOCK THE NUMBER!

Total scam. The call started with hello hello can you hear me???

I didn't answer the phone but a voicemail was left saying it was from Orbitz and to call another number (312-279-7777) due to flight changes that were made to my itinerary for an upcoming trip. I called my flight carrier directly and changes had been made which I hadn't been notified of by email. My airline emailed my new itinerary to me. So this was a legit call but it seemed fishy. ALWAYS BE ON THE SAFE SIDE!!

NEVER answer “yes” when you receive a call that way.  it Gives the scammer access to your phone line somehow and they can run up horrendous charges that are billed to YOU!

602-603-8018 Called me and kept saying hello can you hear me. I stupidly answered yes and now I think I screwed up. I’m sure my voice was being recorded or something. I did hang up and called back but the number was bogus. Do I need to do anything. Feel like I should have known better. Uggg
