I went to the timeshare presentation and it was not a scam...I received 4 roundtrip tickets.. 40 in gas thru a card and future free overnight stay at anyone of their resorts..I went to Hawaii.and between me an wife saved  2200 on airfare.and 100 dollars a night of hotel...I would say that was well worth my 90 min tour..p.s.
Kids had awesome Christmas that year..and I still have two more tickets left..I'm gonna give them to my daughter for wedding present...So this is not a scam...Just a lot of closeminded people.

What would be the official name and physical address of this company??  Do they have a website??  BBB rating??

Hi Blue Bell-- how did the presentation go for you? Wanted to get a response from someone normal and unbiased.

So I went to a bridal show with a friend, filled out an entry form to win a Market Basket gift card. Upon doing so, I checked the box on the back of it allowing myself to be entered into other promotional giveaways. Sure enough, I didn't get the gift card, however I did get a call from Renee at Trip Joy informing me I was receiving 4 free round trip airfares instead. At first I thought it was a sales call and hung up. She was nice enough to call me back so I decided to hear her out and take some detailed notes.
37 vacation destinations, good for two years, transferable, could be used two at a time/ all four together,  whatever. My hotels were to be discounted as well (all major chains, ranging to 5 star resorts and I'd choose out of a catalog.) Obviously, total [***] right? Well, I set up an appointment to go pick them up and she sent me all the info confirming in writing. At this point I became pretty comfortable because if they were lying, I could have shown the email to an attorney and sued.
Before I drove to Lincoln, I came here to read a few reviews, so I was expecting a [***] show upon my arrival. It was nothing of the sort. I showed my ID at the door along with my debit, and no, they didn't leave my hands. None of my info was taken. I filled out the questionare, which I did not find to be invasive. The tour itself was pleasant. They showed us around. We watched a little video showing us a few other resorts. We were also introduced to the vacation ownership packages available and were offered a discount if we bought that day. We politely declined, and were rebutted with no high pressure sales tactics. We still left with our airfare vouches, the $40 gas card, and the future free overnight stay. The tour didn't go over the ninety minutes as promised.
So I don't see what all of the fuss is about. I don't feel scammed. I got exactly what I was promised. As long as you know what you're signing up for, listen while you're on the phone, and read the email, you shouldn't have a problem. All these people are doing is harmless advertising. IT'S NOT A WINNING. The email clearly states that it's a timeshare promotion. It also states you don't have to buy sign or join to receive your gifts. And here's the other thing that should be addressed... if you don't want them calling you at all, don't check the [***] box that gives your consent!
Overall, I'd say my experience was very positive and it was very well worth ninety minutes of my time. Would do future business with InnSeason/ Trip Joy.

Unlike the others in the comments I'm just wondering if you actually received the info in reference to the airfare and travel details as promised. My mom recently "won" the same type of promo deal so of course I'm curious.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

They changed there name because obviously it's a scam. And u have to pay taxes on it at the end of the year

How do you know all of this... You say in your "review" you didn't go to the tour, so you didn't get the tickets... Whose the scam?

I received an email with the details of my 'gifts'
4 round trip tickets - black out dates in December etc -
I will report on how it goes with the presentation and if I am able travel on my airline tickets

Did you have any problems using the airline vouchers? Was there a charge?

We leave voice mails first time then we let ring 4 times and hang up.. Definitely not a sales call.

Tripjoy Advantage called me for a week before I picked up. I went to the resort on memorial day and left with 4 airline tickets, a gas gift card, and an amazon gift card. Not bad for 2 hours of my time. 9/10. Would recommend.

We went to collect our Gifts and listen to the sales person about their time share package.  We were never planning on buying the package and after the sales pitch we will never do it.  Sales guy was nice but what they have to offer I do not see how it would be worth it for anyone.  The starting package is about 20k with their golf card perk.  As for the gifts we did get a $20 gulf gift card.  A 1 night free weekday only room at one of their hotels for the time period after Sept15 to April 15.  Pretty much after Summer.  As for the airfare package it is a total waste.  It as free round trip airfare but pretty much packaged with hotels that are 5-7 min stays at $250-$350 a night.  Would be better to book your own flight and find a better airbnb cheaper.  IF anyone wants to see the package let me know.  You can even have mine. All in all not the gifts are not worth it.  I am happy I went to see that nothing in life is free.
