He called my work and my cell # claiming I owed for a outstanding loan and they were going to issue a warrant for my arrest

This guy barely speaks english could hardly understand him saidbhis name was mark white and from states attorney office and has a complaint for my name and ss# I called my attorney and he said give them my attorney name and number and tell the guy not to call my personal or work number ever again so I called him and he wouldnt take my attorney s info he just kept saying your going to be arrested then you will have all the info....wtf really lol

4 calls in 4 min today. several yesterday.  this caller is Justin Brown. just wanted to add to the list of harassed people.

I got  call from Michael Brown...haha... saying he was going to send officers to my job if I didn't send him money I supposedly owed. Hung up on him. Now he calls and leaves messages because I don't answer his calls. Also uses a 888 number.Think I will call and bother him allday.

Received a call from an indian accented man saying he was calling from Brown's attorney general office in NY.  Threatened me and said I was being sued. When I pressed him for further info, wouldn't tell me anything. Glad I found this site and realized it's a scam.  I reported it to the FCC and Federal Trade Commission.  I also received 2 calls at my place of employment and am very annoyed. Next time he calls me, I'm going to tell him I'm calling the FBI!

This rude man called my job, left his number, then when I called he got loud made threats and more. But when I mentioned going to courthouse and my bank, he hung up. I despise ignorant, disrespectful people like him. I have a family to worry about. Especially since Obama Care has made my life difficult. I can't find a fulltime job in Mississippi for anything.  But I'm gone pray that my God blesses everyone and does away eith people like Daniel Wilson and Micheal Brown.

Just got the call and email from Michael Brown. Seems like a fraud.

i got ten calls from 607-795-7579 thursday 4/17-2014,i called back and this guy with a accent told me that i had a law suit against me.i asked him one question after the other,he could not give me a straight answer and got angry.he did not talk for a few minutes,i could hear other people talking in the background.told me that the office was closed and he did not have the information and hung up on me..friday i called the mew york state attorney's office,and asked a woman there if they had a daniel wilson working for them,she told me no.i explained to her what was going on.she told me that was a fraud.the state attorney generals office does not call people,she told me. i hope they catch this guy and put him in federal prison for a very long time.

I received a voicemail from them today. Voicemail in heavy accent stated his name was Steven Thomas from the States Attorney Office. But When I called the number back the voicemail that picked up IMMEDIATELY stated his name was Daniel Wilson. What got me was the way at the end of the voicemail I received he said that if I ignored his call he was sorry for what would happen and God Bless. No one from any Legal office is going to say that period. I guess they forget that we AMERICANS are smarter than they are.

Yes I received 30 calls a day for the past 3 days from different numbers then today after the 19th calls  I check my messages all the other numbers tell me I applied for a loan and they need me to call them back but this one he said his name was Steve Paul something about my ss# and if I don't call him back ASAP I will be arrested. That's when I looked up the number.

It is.  Total fraud perpetrated by Indian scammers.

I guess he's a bigger fool than ever because I'm a New Yorker and 60 Center Street is the N.Y. State Supreme Court in lower Manhattan, maybe he's seen one too many Law and Order shows.

the person is claiming to be Daniel Stewart and keeps trying to get me to send him money through vanilla reload network for a loan i applied for. now he is not leaving me alone and keeps wanting me to send him money for a loan that always has problems,

I received a call from an "Officer Dan Wilson" saying that there was an "urgent legal matter tied to my name and address that was not going to go away." It was a different number though (202-241-7798) The new number is a Washington DC number according to caller ID. When I called it back, it was an old answering machine "This is officer Dan Wilson. I am not at my desk at this time. Please leave a message". I have called four times (morning and afternoon alternated) and left two messages and have not received another call since.
