No one came at any time. This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance. Block and ignore such calls if you can.

Same thing happened to me.  Voicemail the same as everyone else has described with the same kids screaming in the background.  Most be a recording they play for everyone. Since I am working from home, I thought the call was related to work, but my phone number is linked with a relatives name when I called back.  I pressed 3 to remove me and then blocked the number.  Major scam written all over it.

Same thing happened to me says was ami...and I've been home all week 24/7 Katie said failure to comply and I dont even live in the same area code

I received the exact same call as noted in previous post (to include the kids in the background). I’m guessing they use the same recording on all attempted calls. I wouldn’t even ATTEMPT to return a BUSINESS call made with kids playing in the background. Definitely NOT professional.

Same thing just happend to me a few mins ago.

This is the exact message left in my voicemail. “Hello this is Katie calling from EMI I have a delivery agent out there to the property address on file and was unsuccessful again and getting someone to sign the documents with our contact is 612-314-7285 we will only be able to make one more attempt _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_ return your file as a failure to comply again my number is 612-314-7285…”

Same here! I am working from home. No one has come by. Kids heard in the background of the recording! Voicemail was left but my phone never rang! Lol..

Katie from AMI reported this is the last attempt to have documents signed and failure to comply and to call 6123147285. I heard kids running around in the background. Sounds like a scam.

Exact same voicemail received on my phone.  Sounds like its a pre-recorded message being left for everyone with the kids in the background and the exact same verbiage.

I got the exact same call today 9-30-2020. Not sure about the San Antonio woman part.

Katie left me the same message about the agent being unable to reach me and I had one more attempt or I would be turned in for failure to comply. My son is home all day. Scam. Kids running around in the background. I called
back from my work phone and I did get the EMI office, but I hung up and didn't talk to anyone.

BEWARE OF SCAM. I received a missed call with one ring only. Voicemail was left.  Message left with same script as everyone else mentioned on here. I called back  just because I was carious and knew it was a scam. I have security cameras and there was never anyone who came to my property as "Katie" mentioned. When I called back, I entered a random number not my number. It aid the number is not recognize. LOL stupid fake scam for sure!!!

Yes, I received the same call and they asked my to put in a verification number. I kept pressing zero and the phone said goodbye. I heard children in the background and they said if I didn't put in a certain number it would be considered as failure to comply. Maybe I shouldn't have called back.
