Hello this is Katie calling from MIA I have a delivery agent out there to the property address on file and he was unsuccessful again in getting someone to sign the documents today. Our contact is 612-314-7285. We will only be able to make one more attempt before we return your file as a failure to comply. Again the number is 612-314-7285.

Same thing.  One ring.  Agent attempted.  Kid in background.  No different than what everyone else is saying here.  I was home when I got the call and no one was on my home security system so ya, spam call.

Same exact voicemail left on my phone just now from Katie from AMI with kids in the background SMH!!! So tired of these calls!!

Literally got this exact message 5 mins ago, I thought it was a scam, i looked up the number and saw all the scam notes. Wont be calling back

This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance. Block and ignore such calls if you can.

my sister recieved the message saying they were callung for me. thought it was weird so I googled ad found all your responses so now I know this is a scam!!  Thanks all

I just received the same exact call as what has been reported above. It looks like it’s a recorded message being used because it was exactly the same message others have reported right down to the kids in the background.

Vaguely threatening voice mail from Katie claiming an attempt to deliver documents for signature and failure to do so would flag me as a failure to comply.
