this place is worse than a stalker, they have called me 10 times in one day. The one time i did pick up a recording requesting i hold. why should i hold if they are calling me. They call constantly, i do have an account with Lane Bryant & do realize i fogot to pay the bill. Are they really this hard up for money that they have to harass customers. i am going to pay this bill off so i never have to deal with them.

You keep calling my house so guess what I blocked your phone number you useless piece of crap. HA-HA

I recieved the call but from a card that was paid off and now has a balance but I check the card and it shows no balance, so now what?

This company is in clear violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  They are the collection arm for a variety of companies including Eddie Bauer, Chatwicks, and Victoria Secret.  They will call for collections for debts that are less than 60 days in arrears and continue calling relentlessly - sometimes up to ten and twelve times a day.  Their actions are criminal and with their next call to me they will probably hear from the Federal Prosecutor's office.

a collection agencyis only allowed to call you eight times in one day as long as there was no answer on your part but once you do talk to them and if there was no agreement to make a paymnet then they cant call you until three days later..if agreement was made to make payment then they cant call you until five days later..but they are allowed to call you eight times a day if you dont answer the phone also when they call you on weekends do what i do i say sorry i dont deiscuss business on a weekend call me monday they hate that.

I don't have any credit cards or outstanding debts other than my  mortgage which I have never missed a payment in 15 years.

Got a call from this number and no one there when I said hello.
They are now on the black list of our phone answering system from http://www.imptec.com/ Call station.

This WFNNB called my telephone several underhis number and numbers
(614) 729 6034, (614) 212-7560 and (913)653-5508. Without leaving a message on my answering machine. I have no idea of who they are, if I knew who the Bums were I would report them to ICC or what ever their Government watch dog group are.

just so you know it is illegal in all states to call someone b4 8am and after 9pm..i know im a bill collector.  so the next time that happens answr that phone get as much info as possible then at the end of the call let them know your filing a complaint with the attorney general and you might have a nice settlement in your future :)

your # is on a dialer program..which does nothing but call all day long..thats all those guys do all day long is sit on a dialer and talk to people..but you dont always catch every call..tell them to take your number out of the dialer pool and that will stop the calls :)

has called every morning for the past month around 8 a.m. and been very persistant calling every other hour basically. They never leave a message so I *69 the number and that is what i got in return.

for no reason, no delay credit card payment. this horrible caller keeping calling me many times every early morning. no messages, nobody answers, i hope there is some way to punish this stupid morning caller!

I receive numerous phone calls starting at 8 am and continuing two to three calls in a row every fifteen minutes until 11 pm 7 days per week.  I have now just unplugged my phone and if people want to communicate with me they have to do it by email.  I think that since my bills are all paid up and I have closed all accounts that have dealt with WFNNB they should not be calling me.  It is a sad state of affairs when you have to disconnect you phone service entirely.  I receive calls from 913-563-5509,

These bozo's have called me 23 times in two days. I don't owe squat to anyone.

I actually answered my phone and there was nobody on the other end and no recording was on the line either.

Have had numerous calls since Saturday AM and the calls all seem to be connected to the same company.  I have no credit cards nor have I had any in close to 19 years so have no clue why they are calling me.  I have CID and do not answer any calls that I do not recognize the name or number.  I do however keep a whistle close by and use it.  Several years ago I was getting so many unwanted calls - 10 - 12 a day, seven days a week that I finally had CID installed and I contacted my Attorney General.  He told me that when I saw one of these numbers on my CID to simply not answer and they would stop calling.  What an IDIOT!!!!!!

Have been getting calls from this number or others from the same company on answering machine noe message, number shows up on caller ID.  I have tried calling it back only to be connected to a voice mail with options so I hung up.  I get as many as 7 calls a day starting at 8 and going until 9.

These numbers belong to comenity bank, which covers various retailers.  They are like GE capital when it comes to who they finance.  Just to name a few:  Victoria Secret, Lane Bryant, Ann Taylor, Dress Barn and the list goes on.  If you do not have a credit line with any of these above or another retailers that are under their umbrella then I would do some investigating and pull your credit report under CreditKarma.com (its free) and see if the bank mentioned above was ever a creditor.

I had a credit card with dress barn but it as a $0 balance and has for over a year. This most be a scam to my people are getting calls for no reason.
