There's not much I can add other than I do NOT have any kind of relationship, "express" or otherwise, with this "bank" or the retailers it represents and I do NOT want one!  Nor have I given the number they are calling to any commercial enterprise.  

I, too, have tried to identify and dispose of these robo calls, which have been slamming me for months, but there was no message left until recently.  That message sent me to an 800 number which goes nowhere unless I enter my account number (I don't have one!)  or I give them my SSN (!!!).  

It appears that the calls are coming from Comenity Bank.  I left a message with "customer care" from the 800 number on Comenity Bank's website but have never heard back.  

I did find that Comenity Bank is listed on the Better Business Bureau website where it has an A+ rating (can you believe it?).  I have filed a complaint.

I did try calling the numbers back- I have had accounts with a few of the retailers they support in banking but did not think any had a balance.  I don't recall hearing David's Bridal on their call menu- I realized I missed a payment with them- just submitted one so hopefully it will stop the calls!  It is Comenity Capital Bank calling to collect unpaid debt.  And yes there were a few different numbers

Never leaves a message. As soon as I would pick up they would disconnect. Calls MANY times throughtout the day and on weekends!

Do not call! Use U.S. mail to contact.

They keep calling me and when I return the call the number is no longer active.

Number keeps calling at all times of day.
They always hang up. When I call back I get a recording about a credit card program that is no longer available.
Getting tired of all the calls.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past 2 months.  Yes, I have credit cards from this company, but I pay the bill.  Yes, I've been late, but they receive their monies.  What I can't get over is the amount of calls that come in from this company.  I've answered several calls and either they hang up or I get a recording.  I get calls as early as 7 in the morning and as late as 12 midnight.  I even got calls during the holidays.  I am trying to pay off these cards so I won't have anything more to do with them.  But by the posts I've read, it doesn't matter if you pay your bills or not, they keep calling.

These calls are SO obnoxious! They call on Sundays too, which really gets to me. I answered once and the guy said I owed Pali Royal. I don't have a card so how can I owe anything! He said he'd take care of it but he did not. My cell isn't a smart phone so there's no way I can have them block the calls. If anyone has received info on how to stop the calls, PLEASE post.

You can download call blocking apps for some phones. I think they are free.

Great! My daughter is late with her payment to Express and Victoria's Secret so these [***] call MY cell!
They kept calling our house line and my husband finally told them to stop calling because she doesn't live here anymore. She owes one account $75 and the other $89 and they feel that amount warrants harassing relatives???? Gggrrrrrr

i also continue to get calls from these people let me fill you in on info:  this is Comenity Bank out of Ohio. why they are calling who knows or who cares..the point being, if you really want to stop the b/s and get this stopped for everone you need to take this a step further.. contact or file a complaint against them or you can keep calling their c/s hotline and leave some appropriate v/m. this bank is federally regulated so you need to contact the following of choices: fdic @ www.fdic.gov,  federal reserve consumer help @ www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov or call complaint board @ 888-851-1920..YOU HAVE A VOICE AND OPTIONS USE IT AND THIS B/S WILL STOP... LET'S MAKE THESE AGENCIES DO THEIR JOB!  p.s. i am also on a do not call list... i see some of these complaints go back as far as 2007.... what has our federal agencies been doing to get this annoyance stopped!

Call came in, I picked up and they hung up. Hope it wasn't one of those long distance scammers...

World Financial National Bank (WFNB)

Keep calling every day already 4 times today no message  I sure wish I could get these peoples home phone number.

got a call and the whole "hold for an important call" so i did, i have a hard to pronounce last name and this finally comes on the line and asks if he is speaking to and he totally butchered my last name so i said no that isn't who you are speaking to so he thanked me and hung up.  

Received a call from this number this am.  I work nights so was sleeping.  No more data than this but hate getting calls while I sleep!

Calling continuously

The number belongs to Comenity Bank, they handle more than 20 store/online credit cards (i.e. Ashley Stewart, Spiegel, Roamans, etc).  If you know that you have a store/online/catalog credit card you should return the call to discuss the status of your card(s).  I found them to be very professional, polite and cooperative.  The CSR provided information to me and I confirmed what was provided.  This included a pending payment on the card for which they were calling.

The Do Not Call registry does not apply to creditors/debt collectors that have your information on file as a point of contact.
