9135635508 - James Preceived so many calls from this number. no vmail left. I finally called them. At first a recording came on and said something about Anne Taylor. We don't have that card. A overly cheerful female answered as if she was selling us a house. She said she was with Community bank or something like that. She asked for our names and address. I gave her our phone number and she knew our names by that. then when I asked her why she was calling , she refused to give me anything unless I gave her my SS number.. Hell no! Still cheerful, she said that she couldn't do anything for us without our SS. What was she trying to do in the first place anyway! I said good bye. and ended that call.
These are other numbers that have been calling us. Just make it stop!

- Call type: Debt collector
- Payurdebt replies to SCREW THEM| 1 replyIt's called a debt. If you ask for credit and you used their money to buy something, then maybe you should be honest and pay it back. Also they don't even start calling until your 2 months behind.... Just pay your bills, if someone owed you money, I'm positive you would be calling over and over again
- Wannabe attorney replies to WoodmanOk ms law maker, I'm glad you know the laws. Read your contraact

- herman rawlings| 1 replyI receive numerous calls from these people, 6-10 a day i do not owe anyone any money, i have only answered 1 time they disconnected. I joined do not call list but, that didnt work, i cant believe no one can do anything about this, so many complaints
- Caller: comenity
- BigA replies to herman rawlingsI'm guessing that you signed up for the DNC but didn't read what it covers and doesn't cover? The DNC cover people selling things over the phone (Telemarketers). It does not cover debt collectors.
"i cant believe no one can do anything about this, " But someone can do something about this. That person is you. First you send them a certified, return receipt cease and desist calling letter. Then you report them to the proper authorities. If they keep calling you sue them. See someone can do something if you put a little effort into it. Or you can put up with the calls. Your choice.
