Got a call from this number..
What's the point of a scam anyways? Don't people have anythng better to do with their lives?? Guess not....

This call came into my CELL PHONE. I don't even know how they got it because it's not registered anywhere.  They didn't leave a message this time, but they've left messages before under different names and it is for some kind of lower interest rate stuff..Seems like a complete scam!

I got a call from this number earlier, but didn't answer. They didn't leave a message, so I thought it might have been my friend from Maryland, since she just got a new phone. So I googled it and found this site. Boy am I glad I didn't answer!

Have received more than 10 calls from this number on my cell phone and they mention my credit card accounts as if to imply that I need to contact them regarding my credit cards.  I am tired of these calls since my family paid off my credit card debt 5 more than 5 years ago with the promise that I would cut up all existing cards and NEVER open up another account.  I did not even have this same cell phone number at the time, so there is no way my number is attached to any old credit card information floating around in cyberspace.  I believe these calls are not from a legitimate credit agency and should be investigated to be sure that there are not unsuspecting people out there losing money to their scam!

Just called my cell phone - ignored the call.  Probably a scam to get your credit card # and personal info by ID thieves.  Problem with asking to be put on their do-not-call list is these people are already trying to commit fraud which means they really don't care about the do-not-call list and these #'s are just robo-dialed - they didn't "get" anyone's # from anyone.  It just randomly dialed 10 digits which happened to match someone's #.

I suppose you could report them to the FBI but most of these outfits are run from outside the US in places that don't have Interpol or extradition treaties so not much can be done - just ignore or block the # if possible.  Chances are the # that appears is spoofed also.

They called but didn't leave a message. I have been receiving calls from places talking about lowering my interest rates on my cards but I don't have any cards so it's kind of amusing.

Glad I looked up this number and found this board.

A busy scammer.  I just got this call too.  Did not answer.  Left no message.

The wife and I have gotten this call about 5 times in the past 2 weeks. Our cell phone #'s are about 75 apart.I hang up as soon as the recording starts about my credit.
The area code is S/W Michigan. I've answered it because I have relatives in MI.

I just got a call on my cell from this number.  A little scary as I just carried out a few legit transactions using online banking.......

Just had a call from this number; didn't answer it because I was on another call and I don't generally take calls from numbers that are unfamiliar. If it's important, a message can be left. No message... Anyhow, I saved this number to my phone address book, assigning it a special ring of MUTE. In other words, I will never by bothered by a call from that number again.... Thanks. I love this site!

They called my unlisted cell number

this number called my cell @ 2:30 and 5:30 eastern std time. Interestingly I gave my contact info to a Wood Supply Co. today for my acct. and now another company or telemarketer is calling me.  B(
