I just got another call from the dimwitted scammers at BANK CARD SRVCS (616-613-2220). Knowing that this was just the same jacka$$e$ that have called previously, despite being asked to remove my name and # from their list, I answered it. I waited about 5 minutes before someone answered, asked what BANK they were with, and the guy said they were not a bank (like, how can they use the word BANK then?). But I got the last "word" in...I took my other cordless phone on the same line, turned it on and placed it over the phone I had been speaking into - the squealing feedback sure got "numb-head's" attention, NOW maybe, just maybe, they will stop calling me. this is the 2nd time I have done it to a unwanted scammer and it did work on the first one! As for the DNC list, etc - I am on it, but completely recognize that our incompetent government officials and workers can never do what us taxpayers expect them to do. So, the Telephone Scammer Militia has been formed...and declared war on tehse sleaseballs!

Thanks for posting the # for the "Do Not Call" list!!  I can't function during my day with out these tele-marketers calling 5 & 6 or more times a day...it's unreal!

Got a call from them at 8:40 pm - didn't answer. I have no outstanding debt (never have) so I know their doom and gloom BS is just BS. I have found out 2 things for sure. 1. Even if you don't answer your phone for all sleezes they will just keep calling or your information is passed to someone else and they bug the *ish out of you. I have only answered my phone to numbers I know for 3 years now and they still continue to call. 2. The "Do Not Call" list is actually the "DO Call" list. Don't forget who is running the DNC list - the government. How many things can you think of that the government has actually run correctly and efficiently in the last, oh let's say, 80 years.

Credit card services scammer's. Low life losers can't get real jobs. Blow a air horn in their ear. Eventually they will all be deaf.

I read your post and you are 100% percent right everyone should be doing this to show them who is in charge they are a bunch of bottom-feeders looking for a fast and easy buck.

Just called LUCRE, talked with Craig - very nice customer demeanor. They are putting a block on their end so these nimrods cannot ring through to my number. He did say they have had numerous complaints and have been warned that their activity is close to LUCRE cancelling their services.

So we shall see.  I did express to Craig, if this keeps up, each and every call is going to cost LUCRE and Bank Card Services $1,500 each - and that is our legal right.

Time to stand up to these jerks.  The FCC law is there for us to use and we must.  It is the only way to get this nonsense to stop. No more sheeple!

The FCC Chairman was interviewed in 2012 and he responded that he doesn't have enough people to look at every complaint. He believes that most marketers are following the rules. It took them almost 10 years for a major collection agency and the sister companies(about 15 of them) to get them- they' have to pay just over $ 3 million. It goes to the Feds not us who were victimized. I have an OOMA Telephone system. It costs me $ $3-$4 per month and initially about $200 for the unit. I have not had a lick of trouble with the unit or billing and have had it going on 2½ yrs. I am able to block numbers like this AFTER they call the first time. It signals them a dead telephone number.  Rule for me: If they don't know my name or what credit card they were looking for then they know nothing. Only Scammers.

Last I checked, the Dems were in charge, not the GOP.

So here is the information on the company calling you and a telephone number for the owner's cellphone. Feel free to give him a call and a piece of your mind... Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95825). Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his [removed:lang] brother David Higgins and their  [removed:lang] father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @ 916-223-6311. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that. The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government's allegations, which have not yet been proven.

On February 5, 2013, the State of Missouri filed a petition for preliminary and permanent injunctions, restitution, civil penalties and other court orders against Maximum Security Alarm. The petition alleges, in part, that Maximum Security Alarm engaged in a pattern of outbound telephone calls violating Missouri's No-Call List Laws by contacting telephone lines placed on Missouri's Telemarketing No-Call List in an attempt to solicit customers for home security systems. The petition also alleges that Maximum Security Alarm caused the telephone to ring repeatedly in an annoying, abusive or harassing manner by soliciting consumers after they had made known they did not wish to receive calls and utilized methods to circumvent caller identification services. The petitions seeks to enjoin Maximum Security Alarm from making telephone solicitations to those who have placed themselves on Missouri's No-Call List, require MSA to pay $5,000 per violation of the No-Call List Laws, pay the state for all investigative and prosecution costs, and to pay the State of Missouri an amount equal to 10 percent of the total restitution ordered against Defendant. I have been getting these calls too.  Sometimes, phones numbers are recycled and they think that you are that person. However, I do what I do best and that is ignore them.  This is my version of a "do not call list", lol.  I've been doing it for decades.  With me, it is going to be "infinity times infinity".  I figure if they want to waste their time and money then do so.

I have been getting calls from Card Services for at least 6 months.   Funny thing is I live about 60 miles from Zeeland Michigan.   A trip is planned there in the near future........

I filled a complaint with the (Republican) Governor and Attorney General of MI about 7 calls from that state. Several of the calls were from the same number and/or in the same number group.

Result: Thank you...we'll file it...we'll look at "possible patterns" (as if 7 calls are not a pattern).
