They keep calling, I keep blocking, and they keep changing their number and calling right back.  Thank you "Do Not Call" system for not working so that I will have something to do.

Well, isn't it nice that the scum of the earth have found a past-time. Their level of intelligence is only exceeded by their inability to attempt the replacement of a brain via their rectal cavity. They are probably on the government handout list originally meant for the unfortunate who have lost actual jobs.

I have learned not to answer because that works to their advantage. They use computer programs to dial and gather any information that will be to their benefit. If you answer, that just proves you are available to be a target for whoever else is in their gang of idiots. If you can identify a number, check it out. You may not learn much about it other than maybe where it came from. If you don't recognize a number, don't even bother rushing to the phone or answering your cell phone. Anybody that knows you and wants to call you will try again.

A similar number calls us frequently throughout the year.  They always leave a message saying they have a very important message about our credit card account and that they would only warn us one more time, then proceed to call several more times.  I decided to humor them and answered this time.  I was connected to a woman and when I told her I wanted information now she wouldn't give me any and told me they would call at least 20 more times.  She then hung up while I was in mid sentence.  Real classy people running this scam.

Got a call from card services.  Didn't answer it.  Went straight to govt complaint website.  Suggest everyone do the same.

When this number called today we didn't answer it and when the answering machine picked up the caller had already hung up. I could hear the dial tone through the machine. The ID said, "V01231118310004" and the phone number was 616-613-2220. Hmm...

i just got a call from the 616 number... i pushed 1 and when  "customer service" picked up, i went ballistic. this is the 10th call in 12 days!! WTF... i am on the do not call list but yet, they call. anyone have any suggestions?? ugh!!!!

I just got the same call at 4:10 PM to my cell phone (verizon). My caller ID says Zeeland, MI also.. I called back and got an operator?.. Never got a person on the phone. Oh well, block list!

Another call from Card Services (old Rachel scam).  I pressed option to speak to rep and did.  Asked about why they were calling me.  Lady said because had paid credit card on time for last 9 months and to reduce interest rates.  Asked her which one...said they represent Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express (?).  Pretended to be interested...She wanted my information. Asked her how she knew about paid credit card on time and she slipped up and called my name!!!!  Then she realized she had 'goofed' and hung up.  Call # back and they offer to put you on their do not call list or speak to rep.  I tried the rep option and waits a few seconds and says no one available.

They called a number times before on at least 8 other numbers. This is a illegal robocall and the Government on the Do not call list needs a lot more authority to not only shut these JERKS down but to fine them very heavy and a few years in jail won't hurt either. They are crooks out for your money, don't answer or  say nothing and hang up.

Received call on cell from 1-616-613-2220 at 1:04  pm today. Didn't recognize#, let it ring, they hung up after about 6-7 rings. No voicemail left, so don't know who this was from, but based on the posts here, I'm glad I didn't answer!

calls  no message left just keeps calling ... am on no call list why do i continue to get unwanted unidentified calls??? oh well i have stopped answering unrecognized numbers but still a pain

robo cal from 616-613-2220 on Monday 1-28-13 @ 343PM. After normal recording .....that it is my last chance as it relates to the stimulus. I pressed '1' to talk to a representative. A Michelle came on the line(I think most of them are Michelle) and asked if I had "more than $3,000 in debt higher than 12% interest",
Of course I gave her false info and then another new wrinkle she wanted to "verify my phone number in case we get disconnected. So proceeded to give her a fake number (they may have real number on their screen?). Then she said the line broke up can U repeat it. I cleared my throat and before I could even start the fake number again,
She said "GOT U" and hungup.

DITTO, DITTO, DITTO!! My very wise, 88-year old mother, who meticulously managed the family finances for years, is in the early stages of Alzheimer's. She has been duped out of nearly $40,000 in the past two years by scum-suckers like this. We had such confidence in her frugal ways we never considered anything like that could happen to her. She is still convinced she has won 'prize money' and we are having to pursue conservatorship to protect the resources she has left.

If you don't recognize the caller, DON'T answer. They'll leave a message if it is really important and I'd suggest caution before returning a call!!!!

I'm unemployed and the phone rings, so I run to it hoping its someone calling me for an interview, but no its these [***] and their darn robo calls (I get at least 4 a day from different numbers). I always send them to my voicemail...I can't stand these idtiot scam artists.

I don't need these calls on my cell! Once more and i will find a way to sue in court.

Notice that no one has bought anything from 616 or even know what the product is.
