Richard Lobbes office is very hard to deal with--most of the people who work for him are RUDE.  He needs to be dis-barred from practicing law.

I have had so many issues with this office! I paid off a debt through their office on 04-09-09 and had to BEG for the last year for them to show satisfaction of judgement to the court. Finally, now over a year later, they paid the court, I still cannot buy a home because I have this showing as an unsatisfied judgement on my credit report. Michele really sucks, I hate her and everyone in their office, Richard Lobbes lives in a VERY nice house on an "airstrip" drive. Wonder where all our money goes! He is a sleaeball and everyone in his office is too. I am filing with the BBB and am seeing if I can SUE THEM! I don't think it's legal to take my money, keep it for a year, and not pay the court until I beg and beg and beg! Bull S@#t!

The account has been paid and still getting sued with a judgement, this guy is a fraud.

Okay, we all have our complaints and really feel that this guy is a crook.  Lets get on the ball and do something.  Tomorrow I am going down to the Garnishment Clerk's office and going to scream but I want to do some sort of collective action about this guy.  what about the news media?  any ideas?

File Court Papers for installment payment arrangements to stop garnishments.  Filling payment arrangement paper work should temporally suspend garnishment with holding until a hearing or an installment payment court order is entered (Proof of filling Installment payment arrangement documentation must be shown to the employer to suspend with holding).   Your employer may continue to with hold the garnishment and not send the money to the garnisher.  Michigan law allows for the employer to hold garnishment's for up to 30 days before forwarding the payment to the garnisher.  Since my employer held the garnishments and the installment payment order was entered all of the garnishments except for the first were returned to me because I filled the installment payment arrangement after the first garnishment was with held and before the second garnishment was with held (installment payment court order must be shown to employer to have garnishments returned).

My boyfriend and I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks now. My boyfriend has been sued by them twice. The first time he just received papers and a judgement was ordered against him and they wouldn't let him appear on his behalf.Then garnished his pay checks.The second time he tried working a payment plan with them and even before he was to start paying they went and got a judgment against him and started garnishment again. We wrote a letter asking for an itemized list cuz we don't believe he owed so much and they kept saying they didn't get the letter. We did receive a copy of a bill from them and it said he owed nothing and his insurance covered it all and they still got a judge to order a judgement against him. Now they are doing the same thing about other bills from the same place. We again sent out letters to them and again they didn't receive one. I am frustrated and am at my ends wit dealing with them so called woman that call and harass us at least 3 times a day, and they don't just call once and leave a message, They repeatably call. I have also asked to speak with Mr Richard Lobbes or to be put through to his voice mail and I was told no I could leave my name and number and she would have someone call me back. I advised her she wasn't an attorney and I would leave my info on his voice mail and She hung up on me. I do know that he has multi addresses and phone numbers. I believe what his staff is doing is harassment and unlawful. This is a law office in Michigan that is trying to collect on a debt.

The best way to deal with this is to call their office at least 5 times daily, and then when they answer tell them to hold on a minute and put them on hold and then just forget them.
