This number calls from 8:23 am to as late as 9:53 pm 7 days a week more than 20 times per day on my CELL phone (which is used for emergencies only), more like every 20 some minutes!  I'd like to know how they even got my number?  There's no one to personally talk to and I've punched in my phone number to be taken off the list more than 20 times and have yet to be.  Why isn't law enforcement doing something about this??????????????????

This company calls my work daily, sometimes twice a day, and hangs up on me.

I'm now on this list. Suddenly started about 2 days ago and now, sometimes every 10-30 min, even on Saturday. I finally answered and got an automated message indicated they were selling FIRE INSURANCE!!!! and left a callback number. However, they keep calling. I'm going to try the tip above to see if they stop calling!

AGI calls me everyday(i never answer when i see their number on my caller ID). However, tonight I answered, a man asked to speak with(called me by my name), I said speaking, and he immediately hung up. I called back the number on my caller ID and the message said something about "a special offer on behaf of Bank of America. I immeditely called my bank of america card, and the representative  never heard of AGI. I thin AGI might be part of some fraudulent operation

I keep getting a call from AGI from number 616-980-4031. Most times I do not answer but when I do I get no answer. Today about 5 minute's ago I answer,a man say's hello and ask for my wife. I told him they have the wrong number because I do not know who they are. I get call's daily and it drive's me nut's

if your having problems with AGI call this number to have your number removed from there calling list.

Thanks I called this number and had my number removed from there list. I asked the guy who AGI was and he told me there customers of his company. He said he would put a cease and assist for them to stop.

They call Over and over and over all day long. It's getting ridiculous, especially while I'm at work and all my boss hears is my phone going off. I've put my number on their do not call list god knows how many times, well over 20 and they still call non stop.

Calls morning, noon and night; leaves no message, just says my name.I have nothing to do with these people. To try to stop the harassment, I did call back once (616 980 4030); got a message, "Wendy". Unless these people are in charge of sweepstakes money (lol), I want nothing to do with them. My tel. is unlisted. I want to know how they got my number - who gave it to them, and I will complain to the company that "shared" my information. If this continues, I will complain to the FCC and the FTC.

If you think about it, these people don't really want to talk to anyone, so it would seem as though they may be getting paid for just connecting with a number. They let it ring until it goes to phone mail or you answer and still hang up, so there must be a mechanism that allows them to get credit for completed calls, whether they talk with a customer or not. I see no other way it makes sense to spend the money on their end without a sale, unless they get paid just for making the call. Look into who pays AGI and how, then maybe something will make sense.

After reading these posts, I have decided that the next time they call, I'll  answer.

If they ask for me by name, I get very rude and yell DON'T YOU WATCH THE NEWS OR READ THE PAPERS?  THAT WOMAN IS IN PRISON FOR STALKING A CALL TECHNICIAN!!  NOW TAKE THIS NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST!

ok, I just called the number back, and got a recording that says:

"we've been trying to reach you, ( yadda yadda, yadda )

it does give you the option to enter in your phone number to  be on the DO NOT CALL list, so I did that

the recording also says :It can take up to 30 days for them to stop calling"

I get calls almost daily from the number 616-980-2143. When I answer the phone no one says anything. This has been going on for weeks. When I do not answer no one leaves any message on the voice mail. These calls are very disturbing. They interrupt my day, and is giving me headaches, and elevating my blood pressure. I want the calls stopped. I even thought of asking the telephone company to change my number.

They start by calling you by name then they precede to ask for personal information.  They ask for email address then they want a credit card number from you. They call all day long at all time of the day.  They won't leave a message on my answering machine. I told them not to call anymore but this hasn't stopped them.  I ask them from what state they were calling from they tell you Indiana but it is a Michigan area code. The number is 1-616-980-4031 that they use in my area.

AGI calls 10 times a day but i never answer maybe i should and give them a piece of my mind!!! STOPPPPP ITTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can't take much more!!!!!!!!

did you realize that the beep is a person actually saying beep. this is all bull [***]!!

If you have Verizon for cell phone service, you can call their customer service and they will put a block on your line to stop all calls from the numebr 616 980 4031 or any other number. One time this 616 number left me a VM telling me to call 314 216 3685 which is a non working number but it is probably set up to call forward your incoming number in a was that it could be used to make outgoing calls internationally and have the calls billed to your number.  Another time they left a message telling me to push one to remove my number from their calling list, which I did and then they asked that I enter my cell number... okay, how about my soc number too?

I had the same problem!Nonstop calling at all hours of the day.Just called (616)361-0128 and they said they should stop calling in about 24 hrs.We'll see!

They call daily, from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.  The person on the phone was very rude and hung up on me when I demanded she stop calling my house.  I try to call the number back but get no answer.
