They are a subsidiary of Teleperformance, a company that also likes to outsource American jobs overseas. So not only do they harass Americans, they find ways to ship our jobs elsewhere.

Ok I figured it out.  When they ask for whoever just say " That person no longer owns this number, I just moved in and got it."  They say oh, we are so sorry we won't bother you again.  I haven't had a call in weeks now!!!  Good Luck!
