This caller is an automated dialer / marketer spam. It waits for someone to pick up then randomly assigns it to a message or some random salesman or even scammer.

just got called - dialed # from work phone and i just won a ... $100 rewards card ... Right!

phone rang once, when I looked it was (617) 861-6213.  I looked on this website and then red M's reply dated 16Mar2016 which was great.  I'm just going to delete the call and not call back.  Thanks to all.

Called, no message left

One or two rings and they hung up.  Reeks of scam.

The phone rang twice then the caller hung up.  I don't understand why these scammers are able to continue.

They called & did not leave a message.   Usually, this is a robo caller or a call center.   Several random numbers are called at the same time & the caller speaks to the first person to answers their phone and all the other numbers are dropped/cancelled.  They want to speak to a "live one", since they know most people won't call back, especially if they leave a message like "hey I want to sell you junk" or "hey I am a crook, a scammer out to rip you off...".

This number called May 24, 2016. Rang once and upon answering they hung up. My cell phone said the call was from Massachusetts.

Caller uses multiple #'s, says they are from rewards redemption and that they are giving you a $100 gift card to use at any store like Walmart, Best Buy etc...  They want a credit card #  (if you don't have one, then a family member's #)  to charge you a $5.90 processing fee which they won't charge you until you get the card).  They originally tell you that the fee will be charged to the card they are sending you, to get you to give them your name and address.  If you don't give them a charge card # you don't get the $100 gift card.  Don't answer these calls, don't talk to these people and don't call them back or give them any information.

Called and rang only once.  I see the notes above and have placed the number on my blocked list.

Same thing as previous complaints. One ring & stops. Thanks for info. Will report to FTC.

Don't call me and I don't know you

Julie called from Reward Redemption.  She sounds a little stiff, and prerecorded.  I tried asking her a question but she totally stays on script.  Not a very good conversationalist.  All she does is talk...talk...talk. I got tired of this robot and hung up.

Getting tired of this number calling and hanging up would love for this to stop
