- Lindaomg they have called me atlesat 15 times today i ordered that dazzle smile last night called my bank getting a new card called other cards getting identity theft as of today i suggest you all do the same this is not a good situation i got the add off of Ellen Degenerous's web site NOT GOOD
- RoyalNappIf you ordered something from Dazzle Smile then this is why you are rceiving calls from the number. It IS a SCAM...If your acct has been charged, place a stop payment on the payee and dispute all charges incurred. The sure shot solution is to cancel the card you used and request a replacement. I ordered this product and tried to cancel three hours later and was given a hard time. The customer service number is 1-866-989-2686. This is the last time I will orde something through a link provided by MSN. Obviously they (MSN) do not care to check the validity of the companies they allow to advertise on their sit. PITY
- MsWilliamsI'm on the other end here. The number that is showing up on your caller id 623-239-4511, has part of my cell phone number in it. Meaning that the first 7 digits of that number above, is my cell phone number. I live in the state of Pennsylvania so if someone in Pa receives a phone call from this number and they pick up the phone and call the number back WITHOUT dialing a one first....it's getting me. I have gotten cursed out by about 10 people in the last month and a half asking me why am I calling their house 50 million times a day and hanging up and not leaving messages. This has become a burden for me. After about the 5th phone call, I finally asked what number was showing up on their caller id. Once they told me the number above, I called it and all you hear is a bunch of noise, talking whatever in the background. They refused to give me the name of the company. He said that is was a cross dialing issue. He put me on hold to "Speak with the manager" then when I asked if I could speak with the manager, he told me the manager was unavailable because they were in a meeting. I then told him, well you just said that the manager was sitting right next to you. He then started getting rude and said that he was going to disconnect the call. I hung up on him and called right back....spoke with a female this time and didn't ask any questions or explain anything. I just asked for a manager. Once I spoke with him he REFUSED to give me the company name and asked for my name and number because I MUST have ordered something if I were calling them back. I am reporting them. If there is anyone in the state of Pa who is reading this...please understand that I AM NOT CALLING YOUR PHONE NUMEROUS TIMES A DAY!!!!!!! Part of my cell phone is just in that stupid number. I will just apologize to you and tell you to call the number back but dial a ONE first.
I'm sorry you guys are having this problem.- Caller: They refused to say
- AngieDefinitely a scam. I did the dazzle smile thing and now they have been calling like crazy! I haven't picked up yet but they've called at 8:24 AM, 8:28 AM, 9:09 AM, 9:34 AM so far... I have a 5 month old son and this is really starting to piss me off. Thanks everyone for confirming my suspicions on this BS.
- Caller: Dazzle Smile?
- guycalled right after the order for whitner, i asked what co. he was with, he claimed we had a bad connection and would call back, its been a few minutes now, no call back yet
- Not HappyThis is the dazzle white teeth company. It is a complete scam. I tried to cancel the order once I found out that they were going to charge me up to $85 on my card. They said the order has already been placed. I got so frustrated trying to talk to these people. I received a call from the number above and when I called back I said no, I do not want this product, do not ship it to me. She said did you call and cancel, Yes, I did. She said sorry for the call. I said I will refuse shipment and tell my bank you have applied the charge illegally. She hung up on me. Stay away from these gimmicks.. this is the lesson I learned... now, I feel like the idiot.
- Caller: Dazzle
- StlCrewThey have called like 10 times in the last 2 days. They left a message today wanting us to call back to confirm an order. We haven't placed an order online for a long time!

Many of those annoying prerecorded telemarketing calls will be history starting Sept. 1. The Federal Trade Commission said Thursday that it is banning these "robocalls" to consumers, unless the telemarketer has written permission from a customer that he or she wants to receive these calls. Violaters will face penalties of up to $16,000 per call.
“American consumers have made it crystal clear that few things annoy them more than the billions of commercial telemarketing robocalls they receive every year,” said Jon Leibowitz, Chairman of the FTC. “Starting September 1, this bombardment of prerecorded pitches, senseless solicitations, and malicious marketing will be illegal. If consumers think they’re being harassed by robocallers, they need to let us know, and we will go after them.”
The ban does not apply to recorded informational messages such as those that notify people about flight cancellations or school delays.
After September 1, consumers who receive prerecorded telemarketing calls but have not agreed to get them should file a complaint with the Commission, either on the ftc.gov Web site or by calling 1-877-FTC-HELP.

- TampagalWhoever this is called my work number. They need to be stopped
- tattSo much for Sept 1 being the end. I just got this number today and yes, I ordred the free sample from dazzle, though I'm cancelling today so they don't charge anything. I never intended to go past the free sample.
- HAMN| 2 repliesI ordered that acai berry stuff too. Seemed legitimate but who ever reads the entire terms and conditions on this stuff? Apparently none of us do. Well so far they haven't made any illegitimate charges to my card, but they have called me twice today. I called back and a guy asked me for my phone number. I didn't give him any information, i was just more confused than anything. I immediately thought it was a scam so I looked up the number and found this site. I went ahead and canceled the checkcard that I used to order the items with so they won't be able to make any charges like the ones I read about in this thread. I also blocked their number. If you have verizon wireless you can block up to 5 numbers for free so if any of you have them and don't want to be hassled I'd do that.
- SuperGuy| 1 replyI received multiple calls from 623-239-4511 Pheonix, AZ
I called them back a few times until I got someone
it was for an online order they were confirming the address, email, and order
they read the info to me, I said only 'yes' or 'no'
not a scam...unless someone used your card and ordered something
this was legit in my case as I HAD ordered something- Call type: Unwanted
- SuperGuy replies to SuperGuyI also read the terms and conditions of the Acai Berry cleanser
I will be calling the 866-949-0138 number that THEY gave me to cancel as soon as I receive it as they advised
maybe I'm missing something, but I was charged what they said they would charge, and they called to confirm where it is going...where's the scam? - SuperGuy replies to HAMN| 1 replyso you didnt read the terms and conditions when you bought something online, have not been charged anything suspicious, and they called you twice to which you didnt answer but called them back, and when they asked who you were you wouldnt give them any information...hmmmmmmmm
trying to see the scam here.
I bought the same acai berry cleanser stuff, read the T&C they will charge me $86 per month to ship it to me automatically if I do not cancel within the allotted time...when I called back they even gave me the number to call to cancel, as they assume most will. - DllairdThis place is a TOTAL SCAM...if you order the ACAI BERRY you will be billed 80+ dollards, and 49.95 for fitness, etc. I had to Cancel my debit card and renew it to stop the billing...Everytime they call you they bill your card.....TOTAL SCAM.....

- Sam| 4 repliesI live in colorado and I made a purchase online at acaiforcemax.com YESTERDAY
It was a free-trial offer, and I purchased the free trial. I paid $1.95 for the shipping and handling, and it was charged to my card.
Starting yesterday, the day that I made the purchase, I got two calls from 623-239-4511. Both times I answered, and nobody on the line said anything. Here's the catch: when I entered my number on the website, I gave out a number I don't usually give out, and that's my Google Voice number. When you call a Google voice number the phone asks you to identify yourself. They provided no identification, which I thought was strange.
Today I woke up, and I had a missed call from the same number (623-239-4511). I was confused at why there was no voice-mail. So I Googled the number, and this is what I got.
I checked my bank account (and canceled the card) and there was one purchase on there from "WBR MERCH. BURBANK 01" for $24.98 . I'm not quite sure what it is. It could possibly be something that I willingly ordered, but I doubt it.
I'm going to call Acai Force Max, and complain. I doubt it will get anywhere though. They're running a serious scam. It might be legal if all this crap is in the terms and conditions, but I'm not sure. I'm glad I put my phone number in there, or I'd never have looked into it.
ACAI FORCE MAX AND DAZZLE ARE AFFILIATED
I just called the number that Acai Force Max had on their website and Robert 156747 answered the phone. He asked me how he could help me and what products I was interested in.
I said "What products are there?" and he started talking about Dazzle. I told him that I was calling about Acai Force Max, and I explained my problem. He claimed the purchase on my account by "WBR MERCH. BURBANK 01" for $24.98" was made by an affiliated company.
I asked what his affiliates were, and got this list:
World Fitness Club - 888-407-3685
Weight Loss Resources – 866-475-1896
Ultra Cleanse – 8885912190
Dazzle Smile – 888-948-5508
Robert told me that World Fitness Club is the company that charged me for 24.98, but I've yet to look into it.
I hope this helps.- Caller: Acai Force Max?

- telemarketers-sell-poison replies to Sam| 3 repliesIt would be funny if it weren't so damn sad.
YOU BOUGHT POISON FROM SCAMMERS and now you figured out they stole your money.
If you only lost money, you're lucky. Whatever they may have sent you, sure hope you didn't take it.
YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S IN IT AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE IT CAME FROM.
If you really want to take it, have it tested in a toxicology lab.
Will people never LEARN? This scam is all over the internet, and you managed to find this site -- too late. - SamI have the previous post and I have an edit to make.
I got lucky. The purchase from "WBR MERCH BURBANK 01" for 24.98 was in fact a purchase that I made. I didn't recognize it, and Robert was telling me it was someone else.
WBR Merch is Warner Brothers Records, and I purchased a ticket to Tom Petty's Superhighway Tour. (It's really great, you should check it out)- Caller: AcaiForceMax
- Sam replies to telemarketers-sell-poison| 2 repliesYeah. I actually didn't lose any money, so I'm extra lucky.
But really, it is a scam, but only if you don't read the terms and conditions (like I, and the rest of the world). It's a scam, but it's legal. It's stated in the terms and conditions that they share your information.
If they were selling a product that was POISON, they would have been busted long ago. - telemarketers-sell-poison replies to Sam| 1 replySure, whatever you say, you really sound like you're on top of things LOL
