Shady people, shady company. The man says they are not a company and kept changing the subject, do I want to save money on my electric bill. That its a program I have already been paying for. When asked about the program name or specifics, he did not reply and just kept pressing forward. I recorded the entire call and have an meeting setup. I will update after the meeting. I told the guy on the phone if this is a sales pitch, don't waste my time because I know energy efficiency solutions these days are only solar, and nothings free. The guy on phone only makes appointments,  had little to no knowledge regarding the program

Another jumber of theirs is 602-575-1285 ...they called from this number saying they're running late

A young lady called claiming to have “a special deal to save money on my utilities.”  I repeatedly told her that I was NOT interested and that I was on the Do Not Call List and for her to take my name off her list but she disrespectfully continued to argue with my decision to pass up on any information for this program.  “Do Not Call List” was totally unimportant to her!   I eventually had to hang up on her!  I decided to also post my experience on 800notes.com, to help others, also being harassed by this apparently “new” (3 reported complaints – all in August 2013) pesky telemarketing company.

Called at 8:05 this evening.  Did not leave a message. Very annoying.  If they want to pay my phone bill they can call all day long.  Until then they need to stop the harassment!

Called me yet again promoting energy tax credits by certain types of home improvements. Says they care about the Do Not Call List but never honors that federal law.

They call on a regular basis. Prank calls.... who are they?

Calls me all the time!! Obviously my # is on the do not call list, I have reported them for not following the list. so annoying and they think they can make any $ this way?!

They called and hung-up when they got the machine.  I just blocked the number. I must be on a new telemarketing list being sold as I am getting a rash of calls after several months of relative quiet.

No idea who these people are, they keep calling but never leave a message.  Sick of the calls, particularly since they're normally during business hours when I can't answer.

Going Green Solar. per website, address is 7310 N 16th street, phoenix. Use an installation company: Erus Builders. Website is Going Green Solar. They want to send someone to your house to sell you something related to solar.

Wow feel good after seeing this. I had gotten multiple calls from this number even though I moved to CA years ago. I finally answered, the guy who called me was pushy, rude and denied being a sales company. I kept asking what exactly they do.. the guy kept throwing around the words with emphasis like FEDERAL and CHARGES, I got insulted and was basically a bit rude in my comments and questions, until logically he could not try to hustle it anymore. I felt bad about getting aggressive after, in case I was wrong or misheard, so I typed the number into Google and got this thread. Tip for your "company" here guys- Don't call a potential customer, be rude and then act like you have authority- ridiculous.

I dont answer there calls but I have reported this to the local police department since it is a 623 area code and we all know its a scam. I have also contacted the FBI as well since there as been several fraud phone calls. Do not give these people any information and just do not answer the phone.

They have called me 3 times today already..... So many times per week.  Sick of it.  I know the number so don't answer.

This is just another number for the Going Green Solar energy scam. They have called me five times in the past two days from two different numbers. Solar energy scams are the trendy ripoff in Arizona right now, with unscrupulous companies trying to pressure homeowners into buying solar energy hardware they don't need and that's way overpriced. Because of lax (actually nonexistent) regulation and law enforcement in Arizona, these ripoff artists have free rein to do whatever they want to anyone who falls for their phony sales pitch. Whatever you do, ignore this call!

These folks regularly call 3-5 times a day when I'm working from home.  I have actually answered the phone a couple of times and have REPEATEDLY asked them to not call again and to remind them that we are on the Do Not Call list.  

I'm talking 3-5 times a day, every weekday and some weekends, for the past year or more!!!!!!  

It's CRAZY!!!!

Can you believe that they just called again from a different number?!?!?!?  This time I was truly rude and confronted her right away.  She said she'd take us off her list and then when I went on to say, "Really do it this time"....she hung up on me!!!!  I swear these people are driving me nuts!!!!!

what you want to do is to agree with setting up a meeting with one of their people and when he comes don't answer the door or the phone. a great way to mess with their day and have them waste their time and gas. i did that and they called me but now i just don't answer the phone.

I have asked these people to stop calling and they will not.........big scam.....trying to get into you home .....telling people that the Fed. Govt has $4000.00 waiting for them to use.......monies that the consumer pays on their utility bills to the Fed. Govt.......beware....

I have had a number of calls from 623-282-2543.I contacted SRP because the spiel involved getting me rebates based on utility bill surcharge.  Since thwn both the rep and I have compared info.  Go Green Solar was the focus of five on your side in 2011.  Found to have charged a woman more than a year's income to install a solar water heater after telling her of all the rebates she would receive.  And I found info on the Internet about their affiliation with Erus builders,

I also went to FCC website to fill out PDF Form 1088B,  Also there is a Telephone Consumer Protection Act initiated in 1991, which makes their form of soliciting a federal offense.

Try turning the tables.  Hard to find but find public phone or ask to use an anonymous phone somewhere and give them a bogus address.
