They have called several times. Always say this is the last chance to lower interest rates. I answered this time.  Had to answer door for contractor.  Said they would call back in an hour.  Still don't know who they are.  Want my credit card number.

Yep, they called me twice today.  I got a representative, and when I told them to stop calling me, they just hung up.  I'm buying an air-horn for this specific purpose.

I have 16 different phone numbers listed on my caller ID all wanting to lower my credit cards, and I do not have any credit cards, all calls are automated.  The last I heard auto dialing for telemarketers were illegal.  Telemarketers have violated so many rules, that I would like to see all of them shut down.  Each State should set up a petition to their State Attorney's Office to change this problem for us.  And most of the telemarketing phone numbers are bogus, so why can't the phone companies stop all calls where the phone numbers are not working numbers, we have all experienced if we call the bogus number that shows up on our caller ID back, there is a recording that says this number is no longer in service, etc. Why can't the phone companies also be held responsible for allowing bogus numbers to be used from these  violating callers?

I answered so I could talk to a live person, and when I asked to be taken off the list (this was about the 10th time I've done this), he laughed and said I couldn't be removed until they've called me 200 times.  I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said "lady, she wouldn't give you the time of day!" He said his company was "Financial Rewards" and laughed LOUD before hanging up on me.

Not legit indeed..  Check with the FTC - there are laws against the use of automated recordings for trying to gain business customers. ;)

i am on the national do not call list - just renewed it last month, yet i still get these calls telling me it is my last and final notice. how many last and final notices dows one get when they do not even have a credit card to get a last and final notice allowed.
I think the government needs to adjust the laws it made when it came out with the new nuisance laws regarding soliciters. yes, they cannot call you to solicit new business, but now they have robots wanting you to think that your ''business' with them needs to be straightened out or renewed or protected. quite a scam going on. quit wasting my time with these stupid, illegal nuisance calls once and for all.

I am getting so fed up these calls coming 5-6 times a day.  I just ask how many time a day were they going to call me and she replied "Oh about 20 times" then a very devilish laugh............... How can we stop these calls. this is total harassment.  It bothers me that they are calling from different numbers  and states or just unknown caller. Please isn't there some way to stop this harassment.

Got a call from these guys today....pushed 1 to ask to be taken off their call list.  The guy ("Lucas") just said he had to keep asking me if I have credit cards until I answered the question.  Over the next 60 seconds he told me to "go f*@k yourself" and "go shoot yourself."  These people need to be stopped.

These people call at least 3 times a week - as soon as you say you are not interested they hang up. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up. If you ask to be taken off their list - they hang up. If you call back you get a jumbled message- mostly in spanish that the person you have called cannot be reached try back later. How convinent for them!! Thought there were laws against such as this, but alas they just keep on marching and apparently there is nothing we can do but compain -- or I think I will just keep them on the phone for as long as I can everytime they call and give them the run around - at least I can have some fun with it!!

Keep getting these calls as well, ignore them most of the time due to downloading a phone blocker app to my cellphone. But in the event it gets to be too much, just forward the calls to the FBI especially after 5pm' it flags the FBI to investigate the calls. Let's see them explain to the FBI why they're calling" So no matter how much the call is blocked, they can find them no matter what' then the info on the call becomes public.
