I received a call yesterday afternoon and let it go to voice mail and got nothing.  Going to block them.

robo starts out "Congratulations" and babble on about offering a lower interest rate on my credit card for paying on time.  I pressed 1 for a rep and got a guy with an india accent.  I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD so I know this is a scam!!!

This is the first time that they called me and my phone only rang once and my automatic blocker recognized it was the phoney number and put it in the crapper

Got a call and message from this number. It's another active phone number harvesting operation, if anyone actually answers the phone or dials one or three as the phone message directs, then their home phone number is recorded and sold to other telemarketing or scamming outfits.

The cover story for this particular outfit, is that they're a lender offering a credit card or loan at a reduced interest rate, because I've made my payments on time. Everyone wants your personal information...it has market value--don't give it to a stranger who obviously has no problem trying to scam you for it.

I don't answer any call I don't recognize. I'm updated on the gov. no call list & have been getting a lotof strange numbers/areas calling me & its very annoying. No message was left, but reading others comments here was helpful. Some kind of phone police needs to stop people like this before they prey on elderly or youth that may not realize the dangers of scammers.

I got a call from 630-519-6450,but didn't answer it.If I don't recognize it,I don't hit the green button.I hope you don't ever get your identity stolen like I did,..just be careful because they're like snakes in the grass.

That's good advice....Your street wise.I had my identity stolen in 1999,and it was a nightmare that still hasn't gone away.They ran up 5 credit cards in my name,and had a phony address,with all  the stuff to make it look normal.They actually paid the monthlies for 6 months or so,then went hog wild.The total credit debt between the 5 cards was a little over $22,000.They disappeared and were a supposed Asian crime ring in Los Angeles where they had me living.Funny thing,is it was an apartment up the street from the police dept. in L.A.It's still on my credit report,address,credit card debts,even after filing police reports and letters and forms to all the credit bureaus.So these days I'm very careful!

Got a call from these jerks telling me that could offer me a lower credit card rate I laughed in their ear and hung up.

Truecaller app on my Android did the ID on this one and blocked it for me. Good app. FTC got yet another complaint from this user.

Received a call from this # today- ignored the call and shut my phone off at the time; thankfully, no VM was left....

credit card processor scam. recorded message. i thought i won a cruise, but a lower rate. c'mon

Logs show I got a call, wasn't inside the house at the time, caller let the phone ring four times then hung up before voice mail could catch it.

received call from this number @ 10;30 am but did not answer.  I found out that with certain plans you can only block limited number of call numbers as in ATT you can only block 20 at a time but not sure you can block any more after that.
they will only keep using yet another number each time so you wont be able to block them all. The ID said "Market" scam all the way!

Got a call from this # a few minutes ago.  I didn't recognize the #, so didn't answer it.  They didn't leave a message.  They are now blocked.

I don't answer calls from #s that I do not recognize.

Press 9 now, to be connected to one of our friendly scammers, who will be more than happy to earn his or her commission in order to continue their drug habit, by totally draining your credit card account. They are not able to lower any interest rates, but they will lower the available credit on your card to ZERO.

they use numerous numbers including my own which they did once. I asked them to stop calling me so now they are harassing me, sometimes more than once a day

8/15/2015 a Saturday @ 11am.call came thru as is my habit I am recording their voice's to my data base,then I forward that
to my associates so in their workplace they may listen for those that are involved.I.E. follow the money .I suggest you do the same.They know that I do this ,I tell them after they speak,now they have to choose to continue........
