- SDJust got a call from this number on my cell. Pushed “Ignore” then my office phone immediately rang. I knew then what it was. I listened to the voice mail it was a lady calling herself Kim Jones, saying I needed to call back immediately about a wage assignment order.
Call back number was different from the number on the caller ID. It was 800-478-5809 extension 244. Not giving these people the time of day. - anonymousI got a vm from a Ms Mariana at 630-692-3000 ext 223 with ref 000219. She says there will be a wage garnishment of 1236.45 and so forth if i do not call her back.

- Nikki| 1 replyI got a call today 2/27/2014 from a young lady named "Stacey Norman" stating she was from a company called Second Chance Financial. She said that she was representing Pay Day One and that I owe them $1700.00 from a loan I took out in 2011. I have never taken out any pay day loans and she kept referring to an email address that is inactive. SCAM!!!
- WhiteGot a cal from #630-692-3000. He gave me a file # 10-84017, saying I owe $1209.23
to a place called cash central. He said they sent out certified letters and asked if I got them. No certified letters here. Sounds like a scam to me. Never got who he worked for. Strange huh.- Call type: Debt collector
- tired of scammersGot a call today from Ms. Mariano, who left a voice mail saying she had a wage assignment and file in her office, etc. x223. Same number called me on 2/26 and she also left a voice mail then. I'm sure it's not a valid company, after seeing all these comments. Without valid court documents, certified letters, original documents, notice of court filings, and judgement, they cannot get a wage assignment. SCAM!

- monica replies to Joyce| 2 repliesYep, those same people called me today and said I owed for a payday loan back in 2012. I went and investigated these people. Internet is a powerful tool when you use it to your advantage. I asked them questions about the vendor, etc, then I asked if I could get this company's tax id to find out if they were legimate. No luck in getting that information.
I am getting my lawyer involved and His name is "JESUS CHRIST" HE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. - SamanthaSame deal with me. I got a phone call twice in two days from (630)692-3000 and they asked for my husband and when I asked who was calling they hung up. I called the number back and was transfered to three different people. The one that originally called me today was the third person I talked to and he claimed his name was Mr. Wright. These people are dumb.

- Phone call receiver| 1 replyFor the last two weeks we have received messages from Misalyana. She speaks extremely fast and low. I asked for some proof of debt and she laughed and said sure I'll email it. Never received the email. Said $265 will take care of it. What I'm concerned with is that the amounts of all these calls are extremely similar. She says it's for a payday loan. I don't recognize the info at all. If the proof doesn't come in writing, I will not hand money over the phone.
Call comes from 6306923000 Ext 223 When I asked for the address and name of company, she giggled again and said it'd be on the email. I asked several times and she spit out this address 121 N. Lincoln Way, North Aurora, Illinois and that's it. The persons answering the phone say the name of the company so fast you can't understand what they're saying. I think they are saying Second Chance. Very unprofessional, very suspicious.- Call type: Debt collector
- They have to be kidding| 1 replyI just received a message from a man who's last name was Diaz, well he did not give up enough information for me to even call him back. I have been scamed before and I am not doing this again..

- DebraI rec'd a call from this number 3/20/14 with similar story. Someone claiming to be Ms Thompson at ext 123 or 234 I don't remember left me a vm, very low speech. I called back and she said I had 24 h this resolve this matter an then it would be placed for legal action. It was for a supposed payday loan in 2011. I may or may not have had a loan then. She stated that I had insufficient funds in my account when the payday loan co tried to collect then and now it had been referred to them and that with interest and late fees it was now at some huge figure like $1500. When she first launched into this I slowed her down and said hold on a minute what company is this for, I know nothing about it. She stated "Oh I thought you listened to the complete message I had left you" I had and it mentioned none of that but I played dumb. The scary thing is she had my past address and a dummy like me told her no that's not my address. But I only gave her my POBox. She also asked if I still bank with Bank of America which I do and admitted like a bigger dummy. She then asked me about my email addr and I told her I didn't use it anymore. I told her I wanted info on this debt and I gave her the number to fax it to me. She said oh you would prefer I fax it instead of email it? I said yes. I sat there as I worked waiting for this fax. She also said she would call me back by 930 this a.m. because if something wasn't taken care of by then it would go into a legal default process. No fax ever came. No call ever came. I kept thinking it over and over. If that had happened I am sure a payday company would have already garnished my wages because they always have all your work info. That's why none of this made any since to me. Also when I didn't receive the fax last nite I called back and was told she was the only one handling my file and she had left for the day. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they had left as well. End of my story for now.
