Called No message

Keeps caling and leaves no message. Obviously a robo call. Too bad cell phone have become as harassed as my old land line. Does not seem to help to be on any no call lists.

Call came to cell from a local area code.  I answered.  It was somebody talking about me refinancing my student loan.  I don't have any student loans.  When I tried to find out why they called me and get more information, they continued to talk over me from some kind of script that they were reading.  I ended the call and then blocked them.  From previous listings, this appears to be some kind of scam.

Called my cell no. Minutes ago. Did not anwser nor did they leave message. Not first time this no. Called me but has been a couple of months.

Hello, out there. The Do Not Call Registry is useless. Don't rely on it for preventing calls such as this one. Do you think criminals sitting in foreign countries using spoofed telephone numbers give a hoot about it anyway?

Here is a suggestion. Turn off "caller ID," call them back and have some fun with these low life scumbags. At some point, tell them that you have successfully tracked their true location, and that special agents will be there in 30 seconds to round 'em up.

This idiot called and left voice mail that made no sense regarding to a live agent????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Answered the phone it was a recording about student loans. It sounded like it was a message played over a tape recorder with the phone held up to the phone and if you press 1 then they would take the recorder away from the phone and proceed to do something for you. Perhaps take all your information??

Level 3 is a publicly traded and reputable company they aren't the callers they are a telecommunications company like Verizon

Called my cell phone at 1:08 pm today. I didn't answer it. Left no message. Now blocked.

Called again to a cellphone after nine days.  Presumed telemarketer.

This # comes up as 'student loan'. I do have loans outstanding but they're all in one package administered by one company so no problem there. They've been calling daily. I've blocked their number but I can still see when they call. Jerks

Got a call from this number today (9/10/15 @ 11:35 am Eastern Time). This was an automated message saying that this program was affiliated with the US Dept. of Education, and that my student loans would be forgiven. I could press 1 to speak with an agent to find out how. I did (out of curiosity). It said that I was caller # 6, then it played elevator music. I hung up. First of all, I don't have any student loans, and was just going to tell them to put me on the DO NOT CALL list. Usually, I hang up or don't answer if I don't recognize the number. Occasionally, (like today) I will answer to find out who is calling me, and I will post the information here.

Did not answer - very annoying.

Phone rang, I let it roll to voicemail - recording only had "Goodbye".

No message. My True Caller app on my phone identified them as school loan scammers.
