Its a non working number and not in service when call I blocked it

Calls everyday, sometimes twice a day.  I don't have call block but I do have 250 slots in my directory.  I add each telemarketer's number to my directory and show the name as "Z".  When I receive a call and the caller ID shows "Z" I hit the answer button and the end call button in quick succession.  Hopefully they'll give up someday.

This number calls me at least twice a day.
I do not answer.
How to make them stop?

This number called several times… At first once a day, and twice a day, then twice in an hour, I finally called it back… They hung up.

this number has called my phone at least twice a day for about a month. only once did anyone speak when i answered and they wanted info about my wifes retirement plan. i never give that type of info over the phone.

Called and wanted to talk to my wife about her IRA.  When questioned she stated that she was from Triangle Capital Corp. and wanted my wife to call back at 1-877-777-4625.  Scam!

They're calling constantly - even this past Sat & Sun.   I have not picked up & without any caller id info I won't answer.

Good luck with the Do Not Call registry.  I don't think there's been anyone there doing anything about crank calling since the Tea Party moved in.  These people are calling me now 2-3 times a day.  Never anyone there, always goes to that "you've been disconnected" buzz.  If I ever do get a person on the line, my airhorn is ready.  I always warn first, only blow it if they won't hang up or aplogize and then hang up.  Except for this bunch, it works well.

Just read the March 26 'Satisfied Phone Answerer' comment!  Want to guess who that putz works for??!!  This number is all over my 91-year-old mom's caller ID record.  Fortunately she listens to me and never answers calls unless it's from me or her sister!  [***] companies like this could do some real damage to the elderly!!  And I'm not letting my mom turn over MY inheritance to some damned telemarketer!!!

I let them call me and mess with them wasting their time.
It's the same spammer co using ring central numbers, which you can get any number you want, independently of the area you reside!  The Feds will be stopping this soon.

After getting a couple of calls from this number, I came to 800notes to see if anyone else had gotten calls, and sure enough, there were four pages of comments! Today, I got another one, so I decided to pick up the phone. After a brief pause, a young male answered (accented English, so I'm going to guess probably from South Asia!). He wanted to know if I was going to vote at a stockholders' meeting for a company in which I am a shareholder. I told him I had already submitted my vote, and when he asked how I had voted, I said, "None of your business--don't call here again" and hung up.

Obviously, someone has been selling information to whoever owns this number as to who shareholders are in various corporations. The fact that no one left a message on my voicemail in previous calls leads me to think that what we have here is a scam!

If I answer, no one is there. The never leave a message.

This was NOT a scam when they called me.  I have a number of investments and they were calling to record my proxy vote for the upcoming shareholder's meeting.  They did not request any confidential information from me, but merely verified my address.  In my case, it was a legitimate call.

Call from this number. woman asked if I was this certain person..... She knew my first, middle, and last name. Then she acted like she couldn't hear and we were disconnected. I recalled that number and it was no longer in service.  My sister who lives in the same town received call from this number but it disconnected after one ring.

I have received 5-6 calls thus week from this number. They hang up when I answered and a message says the number is not in service when I call it back.  Again. The number us 646-205-2881. Thank you for your help

Blocked.  Same as above;  no one there.  Suspicious, so I did not try to call back.

First time they called said their name was John with some mexican company so I hung up.  Called again and started harrassing me as to why I hung up. I felt very unsafe and scared by this person.  Hesaid his comcompany was working with the US health department and asked questions about whether people in my family have had cancer, are on anytype of birth control, etc.
