saying I committed check fraud and colleteral fraud. Left me a nast voicemail saying to call them asap or else. They were done with me!! They had my last four of my social my phone # and email address. Very scary!!

Forein man called left threat messages to call back regarding a law suit being filed against me and if I didn't respond they will send the information to to attorney offices

I keep getting calls from "Jason Smith" at this number claiming if I don't return the call he needs to hear from my lawyer, and if he doesn't hear from me then "good luck".. just another call in a long line of scams that call me every couple of weeks from different numbers and different people, now they are calling my mother too.  I'm really sick of these scams!!!!!!

I am doing the exact same thing these Motherf**kers are doing to me, blowing up my phone number!!

I'm with you on this too. This idiot has called me every hour leaving the same threatening message.  When is this scamming calls ever going to end.  It appears the FCC does nothing to help us. Makes me crazy!

Hi, I received the same call today. They left a voice mail message. I just laughed. We live in the US. That's not how we conduct business. It is nothing but a scam. I wish they would stop calling .

I also received this same voicemail.  I think they ask about attorney information because then they know you actually have one and then they won't make any further attempts.  Give them ficticious info about an attorney and I bet the calls will stop.  Play with them, lol

I have received from this # as well as (646)604-0970 and (646) 918-5883. They state they are the United States Credit Services Lawfirm in NY. They left me voicemail telling me owe $5000 for a loan and I had to return there call ASAP or good luck to me. I spoke with Chuck Davis and Simon Sym who claim to be attorneys and won't give me there Bar#. I couldn't even understand them with there thick accent. They both sound like the same person. The address they gave me 271 Catman Plaza E Brooklyn, NY 11021 is coming up as USPS. The website IC3.gov is website to report online fraud.

Smith left a message had a foreign accent and said to not ignore this call to have my attorney call back and it's in my hands if I ignore.  good luck if I ignore the call. This is ridiculous!!!!better get your attorney.  we should all turn around a sue them for harassment.

Lol. I got a call from them but I didn't answer it cause I don't answer numbers that don't look right. A woman with a thick accent claiming that if I didn't call back or have my attorney call back, that she wishes me good luck. lol. well I blocked the number. Blocking works on to prevent me from hearing the phone ring but she still called and was able to leave another message. She's full of bull. Lol. If she can't speak English then she isn't getting my attention

The very first time I got a call like this I almost fell for it because they had all my info, the street address of my local police dept, etc. Said I took out a pay day loan and never paid it back but I knew that wasn't true cause I had proof. They said I had to pay money to get out of it. I didn't sleep all night thinking I was gonna get sued. but when I told a friend about it she said to get on 800 notes and type in the number that called me. so I did. I laughed. I got another call about 6 mos ago, and they said a police officer would be serving me with papers, i'm still waiting. lol. then today I got one, didn't answer, girl left message saying if I didn't call back to day she wishes me good luck. well I'm not calling her back today or any day. lol... scam for sure

Good thing my phone cut off the beginning part of the message and trying to threaten me. I knew it was a spoof number since she had a foreign accent. Why do they always have to say good luck at the end? That is an insult.

Received a threating voice mail from a Kim ??? who has a foreign accent who tells me I need to call back about some "issue".  If I don't she wishes me good luck.  I don't know who falls for this stuff or why doesn't our government who listens to all calls, get this obvious scam stopped.

A foreign accented female voice from Law office of US Credit about a legal matter. Gave the return number as the same to call back asap. A lot of noise in the background not a law office. Phone would pause of and on. Making me suspicious and besides I am not in any legal matters.

This indian woman called my personal cell from 646.205.6657 and told me that i was being sued for bank fraud and a whole bunch of other bogus charges i could not understand due to an eft that did not go thru. When i asked who their customer was they said i needed to verify the last 4 digits of my ssn in order for them to read the "affidavit' to me on the phone. When I asked who they were representing they stated that i would have to view an email that they would send me if i could confirm my social. Then they said they were going to get a supervisor and the call was hung up when i called back and asked who they were they hung up 2x. I am so upset that these people are doing this! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!
