I got a call from this # and a lady with a strong accent asked me to call back or she wishes me good luck. I have received a lot of calls from different #s about the same issue. This has got to stop

I got another call from Pam Smith who states I owe a payday loan. I hung up on her and informed her the call was being recorded and not to contact me again. Anyone reading this... Dont be alarmed, this calls are a scam.

I recieved a call from this number 6465803094...who said am will be locked up and my friends will be locked up for a loan i recieved never recieved a loan...he stated that he needs my attorney information so he can call them that my job will be sued and that i have 3 counts charges against me i educated this man name kevin miller i dont know who you are and what you are talking about...he then started getting smart with his mouth...he stated i need to pay back 5000 to them from a loan i asked him what is the amount of the loan i was supposely have gotten he stated he didnt see that information i then asked him why i never recieved anything in the mail or why i didnt get a summons for court he stated there are 3 things i need to do get an attorney, pay back the funds and make sure someone was at court tomorrow at 11 with me in my state...i would love to know who do i report these people to i dont like being harrassed nor threatened...these people have really cross the line

These mutha f.......... (Chris somebody) called and left a message for me at my job on today. I called them back and I talked to someone name Malissa Smith. Told me that I would be served 3 types of summons. I owe $5400 + 1095. I replied I do not owe anyone that amount of money. She said well if you don't pay today you will be arrested on your job. She kept saying I need the name of your attorney. Broken English. When I called back from my work number a voice mail kept picking up sayin something that I could not understand. When I called back from cell I got the same thing. When I called from another number she answereded. I kept asking her why you keep sayin that I can be arrested at my job. I told her I can be arrested at home if this is a legal matter. Something did not sound right. So I decide to do some research and I found all these comments. Networking is a blessing in some

I recieved a call form these people at the above number. First time they stated that I needed to give them my attorneys info. Then they called back and stated that they needed to speak with my husband and that they needed his attorney info. Mind you when I would not verify this info and informed them we have contacted the police they stated that we were going to jail, if we had children they would be placed in state care and raped., When I again calmly asked for there info to forward to my sheriff department as well as district attorneys office this man with a thick accent told me that when my husband wakes up tommorrow and my bloody body is laying next to him I should have given them they information they wanted. Needless to say I contacted both the sheriff and DAs office. This is a scam for sure as we all no. Do not give them any info contact your police, as well as phone company to start a paper trail. They use a google phone system that piggy backs off peoples lines. When they get caught they move on to a diffrent line. Bottome line report report report. In California you can not be criminal charged in a debit case they can seek a civil court case. The sad part is we have worked very hard to make sure we live with in our means. We only have one loan and thats a mortgage. Before anyone ever releases any private info you should have a debt verification letter. we have also contacted the Bank, All 3 credit reporting agencys, as well as the above mentioned authoritys. So sad that we as US citizens have to go through so much to stop criminals, and yet because they are in a diffrent country they seem to walk around freely. Maybe if we all would stand up and report these criminals the goverment would stop this.

Just got a message from Friday afternoon and a phone call today (Monday).  I knew it was them even before I answered and before they said one word I said that the line was being recorded and monitored by the local police department.  That didn't stop them.  They asked for me and I said 'she's not here anymore.'  He wanted to leave a message and I said the same thing again.  He hung up.  They piss me off so bad!  I didn't want to get into it with him because I knew it would result in seemingly never-ending phone calls.

Below is information from the 2 numbers I have been getting calls from for the past week and a half. I have done a lot of research, on the names given, as they state that they are lawyers when I answer. I called the first number back tonight, and supposedly got his "supervisor" when I told her that I had done research on the NY State Bar Association website and came up with no results with his name, she promptly hung up on me. Have filled complaints with the FTC, and the BBB. I'm hoping that if we can gather all of the information we have on these people we can finally nail them, and get these calls to stop.

These two numbers are the closest name and phone number listed in the registry's that I have found, called phone numbers listed and when voicemail came up it was a man who could speak perfect English, not the broken english that I keep getting calls from. However please note, "Eddie Jones" DID NOT call from a Pennsylvania phone number. Still felt it was prudent to include a search for him in PA as well as NY.

Also worth noting that every time one of these calls comes through the caller ID states the number as "+0000" not the number that they give you to call back.

I been looking up all week and found the name of Jason Brailow. They wear sued the name of them was LLC/DBA. They need to be stop.
